Family owned business Found a Kia Optima 07 I was searching for there. It was an hour or so away from home. Called and spoke to Bob. The test drive and transaction was with Found a Kia Optima 07 I was searching for there. It was an hour or so away from home. Called and spoke to Bob. The test drive and transaction was with Chad. Experience was pleasant and not stressful like I had anticipated. Very good service and Bob was very personable. Had a few issues with the vehicle after purchase which were fixed promptly by their mechanics. They even replaced the owners manual that was missing with a brand new one. I've had the vehicle for a month now. Expected to be disappointed at some point from sale til now but I wasn't and I am very pleased about that. The Rothbergs are people I can trust to do business with in the future. More

When my son suggested a price for his trade, Chad became downright RUDE and DEGRADING toward my son~ no need to speak to a 17 year old that way. Sorry, we will recommend this business to NO ONE!! Great service great prices!!! My wife and I found the 2004 BMW 325xi we were interested in at auto dealers direct at a price we could afford... They have a lot of more expensive ve My wife and I found the 2004 BMW 325xi we were interested in at auto dealers direct at a price we could afford... They have a lot of more expensive vehicles on the lot but they showed us the same attention as if we were purchasing a much more expensive car... The car we bought needed a new rear view mirror and the hazard light switch was stuck... Both of these problems were fixed for no additional charge which really made our experience that much better!! They take pride in their service and the quality of the cars the sell.. More
