My very first (owned) car! I had been looking for a car for about a month. Looking on TrueCar, Carfax, etc. Shopped at a few locations, but really wasn't liking either the cars I had been looking for a car for about a month. Looking on TrueCar, Carfax, etc. Shopped at a few locations, but really wasn't liking either the cars I was driving, or the dealers themselves. My dad and I are not fans of being pressured or pushed to make a decision right away. I had come across a 2004 Ford Escape on CarFax, and was really attracted to the size, color, interior, exterior, etc. Called up around 6pm on a Thursday to Auto Direct, I knew they were closing at 7pm, but I was really eager to check the car out. Needless to say, Chad was very welcoming and friendly given the fact he was closing in an hour. He let my dad and I check out the car, and go for a test drive. I immediately fell in love. It was so clean, and ran well. There was one issue, and that was a squeaking noise along with the smell of burnt rubber right towards the end of the test drive. We told Chad, and he said it would be fixed before I even took the car home. And he did just that. He had a part replaced, and the smell was gone. We went back the following day after it had gotten out of the shop, and I was able to take my car home! I've been telling everyone about my new car and Auto Direct because they simply did not rush you. They're a family owned business just trying to sell people great cars. More

Bob even called me weeks after I bought the car to thank me. That is excellent customer services. There is no pressure sales at all.
