Nothing special. They don't use "salesmen" but instead use "helpers". Unfortunately there aren't enough "helpers" & we had to wait around for someone to show us some They don't use "salesmen" but instead use "helpers". Unfortunately there aren't enough "helpers" & we had to wait around for someone to show us some trucks and then to take a test drive. A lot of standing around, in fact we left & came back the next day. The owner tries to handle everything but was obviously overwhelmed and needed more "helpers". We ended up buying a used vehicle because I couldn't find it anywhere else. Actually, selection is quite good but everything we looked at was disgustingly dirty on the inside. The lot vehicles all need some attention. My vehicle needed 2 recalls completed, which auto direct did not help with. Eventually I paid over $700 to a mechanic to get my truck up to good standards (belts, alignment, u joints, transmission, etc). This dealership did not answer a single phone call from me after the deal was completed. They also don't like to negotiate even though some of their prices are just a tad on the high side. More
