Personal Service Experience I was shopping around on Carfax and had found a couple of cars sold by Auto Direct over in Edgewater Park. The next day, I come to the dealership and am greeted by the courteous and pleasant Bob (who happens to own the establishment). I'm offered something to drink and a (comfy) seat, on top of a comfortable conversation and experience in regards to finding the right car, with the right price tag for me. Between him, his son Chad, and the other staff members (who are more than happy to help), I couldn't ask for a more convenient and easy transition from entering the shop, to the end result of obtaining a new vehicle. They practice patience, customer service, and hold family values for both their relatives and customers! You won't find salesmen when you come to Auto Direct, but friends who work with you to find exactly what you need and when. South Jersey needs more car dealerships like Auto Direct! More
