Great experience dealing with autocorrect I was looking on line fo a Honda Accord CPE & noticed on car fax & auto trader that auto direct cars had what I was searching for , I drive from Medfo I was looking on line fo a Honda Accord CPE & noticed on car fax & auto trader that auto direct cars had what I was searching for , I drive from Medford no and checked out what they had . The accord was there as described , The pictures on line were very accurate & the car drive perfect as I hope it would meet the staff and relished it was a familybudness father & son. Bob & chsd were s pleasure to deal with ! Straight forward. No pressure st all. I did test drive two cars to make sure I was getting the car that fit me best ! No preasure buying experience I hate the car buying experience. From looking at over-priced, run down cars, to high pressure sales people. But not here. The 1st time I went to Auto I hate the car buying experience. From looking at over-priced, run down cars, to high pressure sales people. But not here. The 1st time I went to Auto Direct, I spent over 2 hrs looking at cars. Mike was such a helpful guy, no pressure at all. He was the reason we came back 3 days later and again was very helpful. Still didn't buy a car because I wanted to check out a few others at other dealerships. But after another day of looking at cars, I went back to Auto Direct for the third time. Literally, too many nice cars. I eventually ended up with an exceptional 09 BMW. Not my 1st choice because of the price but Chad worked his #s to where I wanted to be, ( I'm sure Bob (owner) had a hand in this, Thanks Bob!) and after the usual paperwork, I was driving home in a super nice vehicle.
