Classic false advertising. Vehicle I was looking to purchase was listed on line for 26000. Spoke to Bob on Monday and told him I was coming to look at a particular vehicle on Wednesday. He knew I would be coming around 515 530 and he told me they usually close at 6 but he would wait for me. I called Bob today to remind and confirm with him that I will be coming today. I show up and he had the vehicle I wanted to buy sitting right up front next to the customer parking area. So good so far right. I jump out of my truck and start walking around the vehicle doing a quick inspection and then I walked over to the other truck I wanted to look at to do a quick look. I saw some things i didn't like so i went back to the original which was the vehicle i actually wanted. Then i see thrown on the dash is some half xxx printout with a price tag of 31000. Thought, well thats not happening. So I go inside and it's a ghost town. Walking walking, oh look, someone in an office. I walk over and he looks up and says can I help you. I tell him I am here to see Bob to buy a truck. His first words are, we close at 6pm. It is 530 now. I tell him Bob knew I was coming and he was going to help me. Then this guy says Bob ran out a little while ago, he should be back soon. At this point I am just sensing that I am wasting my time and I say nevermind, have a good night. The guy was like, what's wrong sir so I answer him. I am here to buy this vehicle, the person I am supposed to meet is not here, only thing your worried about is going home and the price listed on the sheet in the vehicle has the makings of me getting jerked around so again, have a great night, I am leaving. In my hands, I had my title for my trade in, a check and an auto-draft check from my credit union (PFFCU) ready to go. All I had to do was take the truck for a spin, make sure the ac worked and the deal would have been done but instead, I get treated like some @ssho!e so no sale. I dont know if I missed this dealership in its prime with all the positive reviews I have read but it was not my experience. The vehicle was a 2014 Cadillac Escalade esv for $26460 for three months on not only their site but on autotrader, Edmund's, cars.com etc for the same price. But the day I show up for it and its $5000 higher. Oh and dont let them xx anyone saying it's the internet price because that discount was only $2500. RIP OFFS. More
