I was jerked around for the Escalade ESV aswell. After looking at two obvious flood cars on their lot, i was dumb enough to accept the internet price of 26,490 for a cosmetically beat escalade, atleast it looking at two obvious flood cars on their lot, i was dumb enough to accept the internet price of 26,490 for a cosmetically beat escalade, atleast it wasnt rusted out and had beach sand on top of the cross members and engine bay. However $26,490 is not the price. On August 3rd it was jacked up to $28,999. One month after trying to scam Robert F. For $31,000. Everyone knows extended warranty's are useless, but this was the first time that it wasn't optional. A "certified" vehicle rating from a no name garage was another reason given for the price leap. Even asked me to buy his dog a burger when i said I'd be back because i was needed lunch. The tactic was desperate, obvious ,but kind of cute in a sad way. Said he would pay me and never did. Expect your skin to crawl and every sleezy sales tool to be thrown. Bob loves to tout his Dealer Rater score while begging for reviews. Future business plans should include going out of business. More

I will give your diplomatic approach and loose interpretation of the facts a A+, I can only fathom it must be difficult and mentally strenuous discovering new ways to lie, deflect, and defend your predatory business. We may have discussed purchase options in the final 15 minutes of my 3 hour visit, the advertised price was never one of those options, eloquent try, but 2,509, then 1,509 dollars from the truth. Although Carfax may seem like a credible scapegoat, it is hardly the be all, end all in honest car sales. Surely a multi-generational car dealership has encountered flood cars and rust buckets. Surely a trustworthy dealership that prides its self in customer satisfaction wouldn't try to peddle such vehicles, or spray paint over rusted frames. Using Carfax as a scapegoat only shows your complicity or lack of competence in your profession. On what planet does a legitimate car dealer up charge a vehicle as "Certified Pre-Owned" because a place called "Rob's Garage" "serviced" it, documented on Carfax 6/19/2020, even though you claimed it was "Certified" on 8/1/2020, and that was why you needed $28,999 for a vehicle advertised at $26,490. Sure, this idiot wants a cheap payment for 6 years on a 6yr. old SUV, he wont notice or care I added $2,509 to the price. The non-chalent assumptions a appalling. Has pulling out a Manheim auction sheet worked in the past? "Let me show you what I payed", no bullsh*t, I experienced the same move 17 years ago with a similar dirt merchant. Furthermore, as little as i care about a $8.08 lunch receipt from McDonald's, when checking my phone records for the day, i spent over 50 minutes in your dealership after returning from lunch and giving a employee the burger and receipt, perhaps your watch has stopped working. It is what it is Bobby, with any luck I can save 1 customer from walking through your doors.
