The cars and showroom are amazing. You need to be careful about the price you see on line. Even thought I still bought the car, because it was supper clean and exactly what I was looking for, the price was $ about the price you see on line. Even thought I still bought the car, because it was supper clean and exactly what I was looking for, the price was $1000 more than the highest price I saw on line. one of the staff that I worked with, Sean, was great. If you can deal with him. Bob the owner is too busy to give you quality time. He even interrupted my signing paperwork with an “emergency “ that Sean had to do right then. The emergency, was taking pictures of someone else’s paperwork. I arrived with a cashiers check, insurance etc. and it still took me 3 1/2hrs. Bottom line, Great cars, great facility if you can put up with the BS. More

Auto Direct is definitely “the road less traveled” of auto dealers. Their approach to customer service is unique, creative and like no other. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Auto Direct Cars, LLC. I finally got the Ford F150 SVT Raptor of my dreams. It started with a warm welcome from Bob and continued with kindness to Bonnie. The Cars, LLC. I finally got the Ford F150 SVT Raptor of my dreams. It started with a warm welcome from Bob and continued with kindness to Bonnie. They were easy going and kept it simple. And, the indoor showroom was amazing. The positive vibes continued with Michael in finance. All in all, I couldn't have been happier. This is definitely not your stereotypical car dealership. More

They sold me a certified preowned, extended warranty lemon straight off the auction floor, underpaid for my agreed price on my trade in, they make you write reviews before leaving the dealership, they’v lemon straight off the auction floor, underpaid for my agreed price on my trade in, they make you write reviews before leaving the dealership, they’ve had xxxxx call me yelling at me... The car broke down in 2 months the warranty company & Bob Rothberg the owner bailed on me, I’ve had to empty my 401k to get by & have spent more than what the car was worth on rentals, a new motor & the labor. It took the warranty company 3 weeks to tell me no, Bob offered to give a measly $100.00 to compensate... He has not responded to my complaint to Better Business bureau yet, next steps are Consumer affairs, a lawyer & picketing outside the dealership. Do not shop here! More

I found this amazing dealership via Autotrader and they were extremely amazing. In all my years in the military I’ve never met a nicer and more professional group of people. I left with a beautifully well were extremely amazing. In all my years in the military I’ve never met a nicer and more professional group of people. I left with a beautifully well maintained 2004 F350 with the help of so many great sales people, I even got to work at length with the owner of the business which is extremely rare to find someone that high up in an organization willing to help work with the people who help his business thrive. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and they’re not like the pushy over eager to sale dealers. Thank you to Bob and his staff for making this experience one to remember. More
