It was a total nightmare buying a car here, it was just one xxxx up after another. It would be a novel if I described the entire process so I'll just describe trying to get the registration. It's Monday - I was told the car would be ready on Saturday so it's already two days late - and Bobby calls me to tell me that my insurance has no record of me and I need to get it figured out. I call my insurance, they get my information easily and explain that the RMV form needs to be sent to a specific email address with a reference in the email to my policy number. I call Bobby back to pass this information along and he interrupts me in the middle of my sentence to tell me he already knows how to do it and he doesn't need me to explain. Rude, but whatever. Then, he's calling me again three hours later to tell me the insurance hasn't gotten back to him and that I need to fix it again. I call him to make sure he's doing it correctly and he tells me he's been faxing it, which isn't the correct way to do it. I walk him through the process of how to file the registration, but then an hour later he's calling me again to tell me the insurance still hasn't gotten back. At this point, I try to call again to see if he can send me the RMV form so I can do it myself, since clearly he's having issues. He doesn't pick up and so I call back a few minutes later. He sends me to voicemail and then sends me a snarky text saying "as of two minutes ago your insurance company hasn't sent any documents back", that I "chose the wrong insurance company", and that I "better call them". I text him back and ask him to send me the form. He never does. I call the insurance. They have no record that he's faxed them anything, and there's an error on the form that has delayed processing. I get it fixed, then text Bobby to let him know the form should be sent back in the next ten minutes or so. I follow up in twenty minutes to make sure the form came through and he doesn't bother to respond. Bobby consistently had a problem with interrupting me in when I was in the middle of my sentence. Honestly, every time I spoke with him I found him to be an obstacle in the process rather than a help, especially because it rarely seemed like he was listening to what I was saying. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but in this case it was particularly egregious. More
