In our case, most of the cars that we were considering at other dealers were not as advertised; including one that had had its odometer reversed. So I was so pleased when I connected with Bobby. He was honest, thorough, and worked his butt off to help us locate a quality vehicle that would meet our son's needs. And we did it sight unseen! We literally did not see the vehicle until it was picked up at the dealership, as we live 300 miles from Boston. Bobby and the folks at Auto Country got all of the paperwork together, went over the car properly and fixed anything that had to be done, and literally bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smoothly. That includes going in after hours to track down a tracking number for paperwork that had been overnighted to us. Bobby truly did save the day.
