I cannot thank Bobby at Auto Country enough for helping us locate a quality, dependable used vehicle for our son returning back to Boston for his hospital-based residency program. Buying a used car is a us locate a quality, dependable used vehicle for our son returning back to Boston for his hospital-based residency program. Buying a used car is always tough because you never know what the previous owners did to it. In our case, most of the cars that we were considering at other dealers were not as advertised; including one that had had its odometer reversed. So I was so pleased when I connected with Bobby. He was honest, thorough, and worked his butt off to help us locate a quality vehicle that would meet our son's needs. And we did it sight unseen! We literally did not see the vehicle until it was picked up at the dealership, as we live 300 miles from Boston. Bobby and the folks at Auto Country got all of the paperwork together, went over the car properly and fixed anything that had to be done, and literally bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smoothly. That includes going in after hours to track down a tracking number for paperwork that had been overnighted to us. Bobby truly did save the day. In the end, our son got a vehicle that was in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Would I ever buy another vehicle from Bobby at Auto Country? Absolutely! More
