YOU THEN TOOK IT TO INL COLLISION IN HANOVER, HE WENT WAY OVER BOARD AT YOUR REQUEST, AND DID AN EXEMPLARY JOB FIXING IT. THE COST OF THAT REPAIR WAS PAID 100% BY AUTOCOUNTRY. INCORRECT ON THE WINDSHIELD COMMENT. FURTHERMORE, YOU PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE ALMOST FIVE MONTHS AGO. THE WARRANTY ACCORDING TO THE MASSACHUSETTS LEMON LAW STATUTE IS INSPECTION ONLY WITH 129000 MILES AT THE TIME OF SALE. IF YOU WERE CHARGED $1000.00 DOLLARS TO FIX THE REAR DEFROSTER, MAY I SUGGEST ANOTHER MECHANIC? ALSO, AS PART OF OUR PROCESS, WE OFFER EVERY CUSTOMER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHICH COVERS THE VEHICLE BEYOND THE MANDATED STATE WARRANTY. YOU SIGNED THE DISCLAIMER, OPTING NOT TO PURCHASE ONE. Not sure how you run a business on lies , Floor boards were corrected yes , Not an easy process , Windshield is cracked never repaired . And when I contacted you about the check engine light being on, I was told it wasn’t a big deal. It’s a big deal with my wife breaks down in the jeep with my family. Good luck, making a career out of telling lies. I’ll spread the word no problem .
