Dear John Deere, Auto Country has been in business for almost 25 years. Most of our business is repeat and referral and we have sold an incredible amount of vehicles. We follow the Massachusetts state Lemon Law and we honor our vehicles. If this vehicle was as bad as you describe - I would assume it would be sent to a junk yard or the auction. As you claim to be a mechanic, I am sure you know the Lemon Law in Massachusetts and you know that a dealership of almost 25 years would never stick a customer with a vehicle that was going to fall apart, as that is against the law and poor business practice. As you are a mechanic you must know a business that would do that to someone would never be in business as long as we have. As you are a mechanic - we also know you know a car at the price of $3,000 is not going to drive like a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. The person who wrote this review is not a customer of the dealership. It is unfortunate that both this woman and her husband behaved so poorly and humiliated their lovely daughter. First off, the mother phones in and is abusive to the staff. Secondly, the father phones the dealership and threatens the owner with physical harm. The daughter phoned the dealership and apologized for her parents behavior. We are doing everything in our power to be sure she has a good car, it is scheduled for further service 6/24/15. It is unfortunate that the help we have extended this young lady resulted in a negative review. We deserve better.

Ms. Coyle's wanted us to replace a body side molding that was not attached properly. When we did not respond as quickly as she would like, she wrote this negative review. We phoned Colleen and offered her all of her $$ back. She said she wanted to keep the car. She had her father call and speak with the owner as she didn't want to return the car, she just wanted to make us look bad. The tire and rim she is speaking of was repaired at Town Fair Tire. The bumper had to be searched for and ordered. We are completing the repairs for her. Her father told us that she would take this negative review off of the site. Obviously she has not.
