Dear Array Tractor, First and foremost, we would like to apologize to you for the inconveniences you feel that you had buying a vehicle from us, whether or not they are unprecedented, you are certainly entitled to your feelings. We know that we have been in business almost 25 years with almost half of our clients repeat and referral. We are ethical, fair, and professional. We have shipped MANY vehicles - in fact, we just shipped a Corvette to Norway to a very happy customer. We would never hide something about a vehicle to sell it to a customer in a far away state to "get rid of it" or to intentionally hurt someone, or take their money. Just as much as our customer does not want to deal with an issue involving their vehicle - we do not want to see said issue ever happen - we are not in the business of selling poor quality cars, or "sticking it" to anyone - which you allude to in your post. We did our due diligence to service you in every way possible. We took videos, photos, and the rest in order for you to feel comfortable with your purchase. The truck is in excellent working condition, in fact we sold it locally and have not had one issue with the truck. You decided to purchase a car from Massachusetts when you live in Texas. This truck was a Diesel truck, and you purchased it here because it is difficult to find this truck in Texas. The truck did not need a $4,000 head gasket. We refunded you your money, and we purchased the truck back. We did everything we could to accommodate you. We can't be held responsible for the fact that - in our opinion - you had buyers remorse, and decided that you no longer wanted to, or could afford to spend over $10,000 on a vehicle. This,unfortunately, is not our prerogative. We wish you the best in your next vehicle venture.
