Like Family I found myself in need of a new vehicle and I needed to get it done rather quickly. After leaving a few other dealerships feeling a little dejected I I found myself in need of a new vehicle and I needed to get it done rather quickly. After leaving a few other dealerships feeling a little dejected I decided to give AutoCountry a try. Scott greeted me on the lot and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was looking for a small SUV that could fit my two booster seats in the back, wouldn't be terrible on gas, and had 4 wheel drive for the snow/winter months. He said, that's pretty specific, but he thinks he has just the car for me. Man was he right. I test drove a Saturn Vue, it had everything I was looking for and a few extras as well. I told him I was still a little worried about financing. That's where Dwayne came in. Dwayne told me that we are like family at AutoCountry and he would take care of me. When they called me back into the dealership I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did Dwayne get me financed, but he got me a loan at a low single digit interest rate while others were trying to charge me in the high teens. I bought the car at below KBB price and could afford the extended warranty as well, thanks to the low interest rate, all while keeping the payment below budget. Felt welcomed & not pressured!! Used car buying made easy! Joe M. made what is usually a long and painful chore very easy. Shopping for a used car is one of my least favorite things to do. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful without being aggressive or high pressure. We test drove several used vans and Joe was able to answer all of our questions about each of them. The van we decided on ('08 Town and Country) needed a couple of things taken care of before we completed the deal. Joe arranged to have the work done and it was completed as requested.
