Dear Ms. Collins, You don't stay in business for 25 years and sell people lemons. We are not intimidated by your threats because we know we are not shady business people. We are responding to all of your threats and accusations. These are the facts: you bought a vehicle in April 2016, the vehicle was safety checked, the exhaust system was replaced and the vehicle passed MA Safety Inspection. In MA under the Lemon Law it is the dealer's obligation for any vehicle that has over 124,999 miles on it to guarantee MA state inspection, which we did. Mind you, you purchased the car over a year ago, you have made nothing but unfair accusations. You were offered two separate extended warranty programs and you refused both of them. Even though your vehicle was no longer under warranty, we never turn a customer away and ensure to provide assistance by helping our customers get repairs done at dealer cost. We also feel that people threatening to discredit us because we won't give them something for free, certainly doesn't create a obligation for us to give them something for free. We would like to help you resolve your grievances, but you need to let us know what it is you are looking for. Hello, We are sorry for the unfortunate circumstances. The vehicle needed additional repairs after delivery and that is never something we hope for or intend on. With that being said, we have worked diligently to provide you with good service and to repair your vehicle. We spoke to your husband and your father on several occasions and had worked out several resolutions for you. Your father told the owner you could not be without a vehicle over night because you got a new dog, so we offered to lend you a vehicle while yours was being fixed. The service the vehicle needs will take longer than a few hours or an afternoon. We ordered the part to repair the outstanding evap. repair the vehicle needs, but you will not leave the car with us for this to be fixed. We have spent over $2,000 repairing your vehicle. The vehicle is no longer under warranty, however we want to be reasonable. We offered you your money back four separate times and you refused to bring the car back for a refund. We also offered you the money back for your trade. We have been in business over 20 years and we are an honest and reputable company. In no way do we ignore the lemon law in Massachusetts or not follow it - it is simply impossible to not follow the lemon law in Massachusetts and stay in business. These accusations are not true and they are extremely discouraging considering all we have tried to do for you. We recommend you bring the vehicle and leave it until it is fixed so that we can resolve this. It is never our intent for issues like this to happen. We would love for every customer to take their vehicle from the lot and never have an issue with it again, but unfortunately cars can be unpredictable and we do not always have the ability to have the fore site to know that something like this will happen. Dear J S, We have spoken to your husband and you and all issues were immediately addressed and resolved. You were delivered a clean car with gas. We do not deliver dirty cars with out gas. We clean our cars before they are delivered and we always put gas in them. The mechanical issues were not something we could have predicted but we did our due diligence and we repaired them and worked with you to ensure the vehicle was fixed. We also provided a rental car for you. You did not get the car repaired until a Monday because none of the shops that repair our vehicles are opened on weekends. We towed the car here and offered to tow it back to you when it was fixed. We went above and beyond to help you. You also thanked us for this and said you would remove this scathing review that does not reflect our business practices at all, but you still have not. We have been in business for 25 years with a plethora of repeat and referral business - we are in the business of helping our clients find cars that fit their needs and budgets.
