Auto Country 👍🏼 So I just purchased my 2nd truck, the guys there are nice, they answered all my questions, gave me a great deal on the truck, Nick was my sales man an So I just purchased my 2nd truck, the guys there are nice, they answered all my questions, gave me a great deal on the truck, Nick was my sales man and he took care of me, he’s polite and easy to talk too. Phill took care of all my finance paper work, he got me the monthly payment I wanted to be at, including getting me new plate all the insurance paper leg work done, they got my car inspected. Once I signed all the paper work all I had to do is drive off in my new used truck. So added not to my review, I messed up on my side. Check and make sure every little thing works in the vehicle you are looking at with them. I thought the dvd in the trucked work and took there word and it didn’t and it’s not there responsibility to fix it cause it a feature in the vehicle, and the back up sensor didn’t work either. All he recommended is that the have a mechanic that will look at it and fix it but you’ll pay out of your own pocket. So I’m disappointed about this. There nice guys but once the papers are signed, all bets are off. You would think they would take care of there customer. More

Good buying experience I bought a 2006 Ford Explore here and I love it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was all set before I drove it off the lot. Honest dealership offering vehicles at a decent price. Edited Review 3/3/19 After making contact with Michael the owner of Auto Country and explaining my vehicles issues I was told to drop the vehicle off Edited Review 3/3/19 After making contact with Michael the owner of Auto Country and explaining my vehicles issues I was told to drop the vehicle off for repair. My vehicle was/is having several issues which were made clear to Nick and the crew at Auto Country. 1) Transmission was making a horrible noise 2) Windshield was cracked when I picked the vehicle up 3) Tires keep loosing air. I dropped the vehicle off for repair, and after a couple days of diagnosing the problem Michael gave me a call to let me know it was a part of the transmission/awd system that was making the noise and would need to be replaced. Auto Country had the part replaced and it has been working perfectly ever since. The windshield and tires were not repaired during that time period, but I was told I can drop the vehicle off for repair of the tires and windshield at a later date. In the meantime my wife and I ended up having our third child who was in the NICU for several weeks so obviously dropping the vehicle off for repair was put off for a later date by no fault of Auto Country. In fact after speaking with Nick again, now that we are home with a healthy baby we are working a resolving these last issues. Let it be known, Auto Country did not sell me car knowing that it had these issues. It was just an unfortunate circumstance for us both. In fact before I initially picked my car up Auto Country had put brand new pads, rotors, and tires on the vehicle without me having to ask for these things. I do believe that Michael , and the rest of of the crew at Auto Country are running an honest business and do their best to get the customer the best deal and make them happy. Now I just cant wait to parade my new little one around! Edited review 1/1/19 8:30 PM: After updating my original reviews earlier today I have received a call directly from Micheal Fagan, the owner of this dealership. He was more than happy to have me bring in my car for them to check over. He did point out that the lapse in communication was because of the holiday schedule. After the vehicle is repaired I will update this review and upon a satisfactory experience remove anything negative I may have said. Edited review 1/1/19: Purchased a 2010 Ford Flex on 12/14 from Phil and Nick. Today is 1/1/19 and I have tried contacting them several times about the vehicle. First is that the windshield had a crack in it that I noticed before leaving the lot, which I was told would be taken care of, and as of today 1/1/19 it still has not been fixed, and I have not been contacted by anyone. I did try emailing and calling to make an appointment to resolve this issue. Second, the vehicle had a check engine light come on later in the day on the same day I purchased the vehicle. I spoke with Nick that evening about the check engine light and he said he would call me the following Monday when his service guys were back. That call never came and my calls went unanswered. Last, the vehicle started having shifting issues less than 12 days and 700 miles after taking ownership of the car. I have emailed, and called several times to resolve these issues and both the emails and calls have gone unanswered. I really hope that this does not have to become a "big deal" and go to arbitration. I hope the communication issues were just the holiday schedule, and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt.. I have left my original review from the day I purchased the vehicle below. I will update this review with details as they progress. Original Review 12/14/18: I had a great experience with Auto Country. The entire staff was pleasant, the buying experience was easy, and they went the extra mile to make me happy. They even tolerated my toddler climbing all over the office! More
