Buyers Beware! This is not a place to purchase your vehicle. My experience with this dealership was not pleasant. I was very excited to be trading in my vehicle for a new SUV. I was ready to buy and vehicle. My experience with this dealership was not pleasant. I was very excited to be trading in my vehicle for a new SUV. I was ready to buy and began getting paperwork ready for my purchase. I was told "by the way, the car has over 1,000 miles on it" aside from the miles there where dents, dings and scrapes which all needed to be repaired. Why? I was told the owner takes out the cars and uses them for there personal use. So much for a new car. Make sure you look your potential car over and check mileage if you do purchase from them! This was the last straw! I agreed to have loman auto group incorporate my last month payment, trade in fee and tax to the new vehicle. They claimed they would send the payment to the old financial institution. They never did! I began receiving phone calls from the old financial institution that payment was never received. I called dealer, they said payment was sent. I let this go. Then the calls began again, I called the dealership back and they claimed they sent the check to the wrong address and they would cut another check. Great! WRONG. I received more calls from the institution claiming no payment. I called back the dealership and then I was promised the payment would be sent electronically. FINALLY after 3 months i received my last phone call from the old financial institution sternly stating still no payment received. Now, my account is well over 60 days past due, and this is now affecting MY CREDIT!!!! I called the dealership back. Was put on hold for 45 mins and I was told to call there accounting department in Woodridge because all the workers calling from Loman couldn't get a straight answer from them. I called the accounting department only to hear the same story, sent to wrong address need to stop payment and send another. I said THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE LAST MONTH! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY. The woman replies to me "oh, we don't send payments electronically"!!! I was lied to, given the run around, no one cared about my situation, I was passed to (5) different people, my credit is damaged! Why on earth would you purchase a vechile from this establishment! I resolved this situation myself, no help from loman auto group or the accounting department in woodrige. I had to put over a thousand dollars on my personal credit card and demand they send me a check overnight! More

I would NEVER return to the this dealer. They used a bait and switch contract and I was screwed big time. I ended up having to pay over $1100 on a vehicle that was supposed to be paid off as a trade-in bait and switch contract and I was screwed big time. We have a consumer problem with a local car dealer. We were ripped off by the Loman Ford Dealership service department of 820 Rt. 1, Woodbridge, N.J. They charged us for $1500 worth of car repairs that di were ripped off by the Loman Ford Dealership service department of 820 Rt. 1, Woodbridge, N.J. They charged us for $1500 worth of car repairs that didn't fix our vehicle and kept our pickup truck for 3 1/2 months with promises of fixing it which they didn't. When we finally got our truck back from Loman's service people, they said the truck was unrepairable. However, we took it to a regular local mechanic and he not only fixed it in one day BUT charged us (just $535) much less than what Loman was going to charge us ($1800+)! We want to warn others about how unfairly Loman Ford Dealership treats its loyal Ford owners. (We own 5 Ford vehicles!) More
Had a similar experience to the previous reviewer, i think i had the same saleman. Told me he would talk if i 'really wanted to buy the car', but wouldnt do anything unless i 'was serious'. Why would i think i had the same saleman. Told me he would talk if i 'really wanted to buy the car', but wouldnt do anything unless i 'was serious'. Why would i go there if i wasnt seriously going to buy a car - all in all awful, he just turned me off and i left, wont go back will go to Fullerton instead! More
This has to be the worst dealer i have ever been to. We went there with the intention to buy a new expedition and a 2006 limited escape with CASH. George (i think his name was , curly hair and looked very went there with the intention to buy a new expedition and a 2006 limited escape with CASH. George (i think his name was , curly hair and looked very unprofessional) gave us the keys to the escape and walked off. He wasnt there to answer any questions, didnt know the exact price of anything, and said we couldnt have any carfax until we bought the vehicle. He said the escape was 19k then he said 21k, he didnt check any books and just sat with his feet up on the desk. The vehicles were dirty and he didnt seem to care. Lomans loss, we shall spend our $70k at a dealer who deserves it. Heard the same from friends, none of us will go again. Ford need customers, no wonder they r losing ground to other makes their customer service sucks. More
I drove over 100 miles to visit this dealership. It was well worth the drive. I had been shopping dealerships from NY to LA and Loman Ford earned my business with honesty and a no pressure environment. I d well worth the drive. They really ripped me off. They let me take the car home before they were able to get my financing (it was labor day weekend and all the banks were closed). It then took 3 days to work on financing and my h before they were able to get my financing (it was labor day weekend and all the banks were closed). It then took 3 days to work on financing and my head was spinning so bad that I did not realize the horrible deal that I got.
