I bought a car from this dealership a 2008 Ford Escape, when I intially went to leave with the car excited with the new purchase, I was not aware there was only one microchip key for the car i was slightly when I intially went to leave with the car excited with the new purchase, I was not aware there was only one microchip key for the car i was slightly annoyed about not being informed until the end,I was told after all the paperwork was done, I was informed that's the way it is because it was used,I felt shafted, They said for me to get another key it would have cost a extra 230 dollars.I was already half out the door with the papers signed,The decent thing to do would have been to through in a valet key which cost no more then 8 bucks a piece,I left and lived with this as part of the experience, with the one key. On top of this 30 minutes later after i left with the vehicle, I go near by to eat I look over the paperwork.Thinking I had good faith the price was what I agreeded to with the sales rep when i signed the papers,I later discovered they added on almost 200 on top of what was agreed to verbally. I called to review thinking they might fix this,I was wrong,The Finance department gave me some BS excuse of a added finance charge,Since I already signed the papers I took this as my own fault, I let it go, with the bad taste now double,Now I have to say the car has been great,I love the ride and lived with the little mishaps even though it left a bad taste. 6 months with the vehicle my air conditioning stops working, I make a appointment and show up at the dealership due to the fact i got a warrenty when i first purchased the vehicle,I thought I did the right thing by taking out a warrenty on the car for 3 years the hightech version that covers all plans, So I have them look at the car and the Service rep comes to me and tells me the air blower which is the cause of the issue is not covered,I will have to pay over 200 dollars for it,I asked why is this not covered? What is covered? This is the best part---- he said it was not included in the warrenty I should have asked to have it listed as part of the agreement with the warrenty when i intially signed the paperwork, Now I'm thinking what normal person would think they have to include listed items in a warrenty,I felt like i just got ripped off. So I reluctently paid for the service,I went home looked at my existing contract/warrenty and no where could I find that this is not covered. Now I respect normal wear and tear not being covered, This is absurdly ridiculous, After calling to review with my warrenty in hand, I could not get a solid answer from the dealership or the service plan number they asked me to call to review, My course of action is to try and get this reimbursed,I doubt they will do the right thing,They have not so far, As of now I will never go back here again.I will make sure to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else,So you will not get shafted. I can only speak from experience,If you want to feel like you got ripped off come to Loman Ford they will do a number on you.!!!!! More
Worst experience in my life. Would not show us prices of cars until we demanded to see them. Salesman got mad when we asked to see them. He finally brought them out and the cars were 4-5 thousand over what cars until we demanded to see them. Salesman got mad when we asked to see them. He finally brought them out and the cars were 4-5 thousand over what we told him we wanted to pay. He wanted to sell us a 2002 Honda accord with 144,000 miles on it for $14,000!!! They told us they would double our down payment, which they do, but they double the price of the car. The KBB value of that car was 7,000. That was not even the worst of our experience. We told him thank you but no thank you and left. We ended up finding a great car at another dealer near our home (Lowman was an hour away). We went to give them our license to take it for a test drive and realized the dealer at Lowman never gave them back to us. We called and they said the dealer who had them was on a test drive and would call us when he returned. He never did. We called back and told us he had to run out on an emergency and would be back in an hour. They assured us when we returned back to the dealership he would return and we could get them back. We drove an hour back there and they said they could not reach him and did not know what to do for us. They said sorry but there is nothing we can do. They went as far as to tell us it was our fault for forgetting our licenses. They were very indignant and unwilling to help us at all. We asked them if they could overnight them to us when he got back. They said that was not something they did. We had no other choice but to leave and begged them to call us when he returned. For the next 5 hours we called them asking if the dealer had returned, they assured us they would call when he returned, they never called. Finally, we called one more time after we realized the dealership had closed just to see if he had come back. They said he had but he did not have them. I know for a fact he did. He had taken them when we walked in the dealership and we never went back inside the dealership. But its our word against his. We now have no licenses, must take time off work and rely on family to take us to the DMV to get brand new licenses. They could have cared less. But even if that never happened, they are just deceptive. When I walked back into the dealership to try and retrieve my license I wanted to warn everyone in there to run and never look back. I hope this never has to happen to anyone else. Please be wise if you have to go see for yourself what a rip off this dealership is. Double your down payment is too good to be true. I knew that before I went but figured hey would they really lie? They had no intention of selling me a car in my price range. The only info they wanted to know was how much I was willing to finance and what we wanted our monthly payment to be. I wish I would have listened to the horrible reviews others had given this place. They were exactly right. Please please please do not make the same mistake I did. More

This dealership is horrible, rude, and 100% unprofessional. In a nutshell their salesmen do not know about the cars and the managers are rude and disrespectful to the customers. Charlie told us unprofessional. In a nutshell their salesmen do not know about the cars and the managers are rude and disrespectful to the customers. Charlie told us we had an attitude and when we asked them how they got to our proposed monthly payment we were told that they are there to "sell and not educate". And if he "educated" us, he would "force us to agree to their price." They wouldn't answer any of our questions and just kept asking us if we're going to pay what they wanted. They're childish and I will make sure I post a horrible review on every available website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. More
What a SCAM of a dealership. Do not waste your gas and time driving there. Like a lot of people, my credit got hit hard a few years back. I was pre-approved prior to traveling 1.5 hours from CT. As I had time driving there. Like a lot of people, my credit got hit hard a few years back. I was pre-approved prior to traveling 1.5 hours from CT. As I had heard on the radio and then told on the phone, they were running special deals. They have banks to help rebuild credit was one. Also, I would get $5,000 above the trade in value for my car. Etc., etc. They told me this, told me that, bla, bla, bla. SO FULL OF S#@!. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Confused, doulble talking is what I recieved instead. Allen, your a dick. And your bosses that make you sell that bullcrap over the phone in order to get good people through the door, are bigger xxxxx. So beware. Everything you hear on the radio ad (the FAN ) is smoke and mirrors. LOTS OF SMOKE AND HUGE MIRRORS!!!!! Joe N in CT More

This was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. They pulled a bait and switch. I test drove, read the sticker price, and ordered a 6 cylinder sportage and was given a 4 clyinder. Which I found out w They pulled a bait and switch. I test drove, read the sticker price, and ordered a 6 cylinder sportage and was given a 4 clyinder. Which I found out when I received my title. Gave me one set of numbers and had a whole different set of numbers when I went to pick up the car.Told my insurance company the lien holder was chase then financed it through wells fargo saysing me to get a letter from wells fargo stating that i didn't show them proof of insurance.I had an appointment to pick up the car and they left me sitting there for 2 hours. Their attitudes were very indifferent, not what you would expect from someone trying to sell you something.SORRY I DIDN'T READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT THERE!! I will do everything in my power to have them right this wrong. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO HAVE THEM CLOSE DOWN. BEWARE OF ANN! SHE LIES & CHEATS!! I am sure baiting & switching is not legal, so I will go after them. But I just hope this will help you to be forewarned so you don't go through what I did. More
