I came into service last friday to get an oil change done. As my vehicle was being checked out Anthony came to me with some interesting findings on the vehicle. He let me kno every little thing the vehicle needed and explain it to me very clearly. I was pretty happy until I see the price it was gonna cost. Anthony even went out of his way to give me a discount. I got all the work done on the vehicle was happy with the price and the way i was treated. My Vehicle was in and out of the shop felt like I've been a customer here for a long time. I will be coming back for further repairs and I would recommend this dealer to other Kia owners. More

Worst experience ever!!!! I had some warrenty work done done to my car that took over a month. First week had the Kia rep come in and see if it was covered and it was. After several phone calls ofer the next week and talking to the secretaries they lead me to believe the car would be done on friday of the next week. I called on thurs to make arrangements and I was told by Anthony that the secretaries dont know what they are talking about and the car has not been touched. So I spoke to Anthony every week very slow progress. Finally week at the end of week three I went down there. I spoke to the mechanic, It was his first week on the job (my car was getting its engine block replaced). The mecanic was very nice though. I let him know a few dollars had been stolen out of the car and he seemed to be concerned and actually saw him talking to a few people about it. The mecanic told me he had just order some parts for it wich concerned me because it had already been there so long. So the next week the car was finally done just about a month later. My sister and I drove to get it, I got the keys and Anthony told me it was parked out in the front we walked out there looked for it and of course it was parked in the back. So after all this I finally get in my car and it wont start. The battery is dead. So they jump it and tell me it should charge but of course it doesnt. I havent called them yet to discuss the battery thing but I never had a problem with the battery before. It was just bad the whole thing dont every go there. More
Phil Drayton was my car salesman and he was extremely helpful from the time we walked into the dealership. Despite our not so great credit he worked with us and advised us on what would be best for our f helpful from the time we walked into the dealership. Despite our not so great credit he worked with us and advised us on what would be best for our financial situation. I didn't feel as if he was just trying to sell me on any car, he listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. I would really say he went the extra mile, he took us step by step through the process. I came in thinking that buying a car would be a stressful experience, it was actually quite the opposite. I left completely satisfied. I love my car, and Phil was the cherry on top of the whole experience. More
The second I pulled into Lomans lot I felt welcomed. I was looking for a nice vehicle to get into for a while and every other dealer out there wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. The staff at Lomans, especially Chris was more than patient and professional to do what they needed to do to get me into the 2009 Chevy malibu I was interested in for the price I wanted to pay. From start to finish it was a great experience and I will recommend anyone who is loooking for a great quality vehicle to go to Lomans. Trust me you will not go home upset. More
After every other dealer we talked to said they couldnt help us we went to Loman. Bobby was awesome. Got us into a great car. They worked out a fantastic price. These people took a deposit of $2000 from my son just so he could take a car to his mechanic to be checked out which is outrageous to begin with. horrible horrible experience!!! I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and competence under one roof at the same time.
