Nick was my salesperson when I went to the dealership to purchase a newer vehicle. Although I did not leave with the car I originally was looking for Nick helped me find a car that was perfect for my budget purchase a newer vehicle. Although I did not leave with the car I originally was looking for Nick helped me find a car that was perfect for my budget and needs. At first I was skeptical about coming to the dealership due to the reviews but honestly after visiting the place I don't see how anyone wouldn't recommend Loman for friends and families!!! I am an extremely happy customer...the staff was courteous and professional from the minute I walked in.. thanks Nick!! More

It dealerships.... So I went to Lomans against my better judgement and I want to Honestly say I was TOTALLY shocked on how WELL i was taken care of. It started with me getting call after call and Andrea from the internet dept calling me over and over again telling me how she can Guarantee me getting approved.... Long story short I went in after the 4th call and I was treated like I have never been treated at a dealership, from the minute I got there Mike was a good Guy.. He knew what situations I was in and he wasnt pushy and I got approved. xxxxxxto Loman.... Give them a shot they helped me.... More
The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From bloated prices to some nonsense that the car needed to be "funded" a week after driving off in the car and having to show up with the lienholder paperwork to prices to some nonsense that the car needed to be "funded" a week after driving off in the car and having to show up with the lienholder paperwork to show that the bank had funded the purchase. And now three days away from the temp tag expiring I'm hearing nothing but excuses and a nasty attitude from the "manager" despite the DMV having NO information on the car. Ridiculous. I would never recommend Lomann auto to anybody and if I knew what I know now I would have takeny business elsewhere. They give used car sales a very very bad name. More

Don't walk away Run from this place! After you drive off you realize you are not approved until you fight with their horrible banks and they harass all your references and work. These losers lost my dep off you realize you are not approved until you fight with their horrible banks and they harass all your references and work. These losers lost my deposit, registration, keys when I took the car back because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. The "finance manger" is a joke along with his boss. Save yourself the headache and money, trust me. I pursued legal action to get my deposit back. Don't believe the FAKE reviews on other websites, obviously they can't even get positive consumer reviews so they have to make them up! More
I was so skeptical about whether the radio ad on WBLS was true that I didn't even clean my car out. This was the best sales experience I have EVER had purchasing a car. The thing that impressed me the most w true that I didn't even clean my car out. This was the best sales experience I have EVER had purchasing a car. The thing that impressed me the most was their concern for what I could afford but also what would look good. I was looking in a totally different direction but Nick and Chris suggested that I might consider the Chrysler 200 and I am soooo happy they did. I love the car but more importantly, the financing and the trade-in value came right to what I wanted to pay. I would recommend Loman Car Sales and Service to anyone who wants to buy a great car without being taken to the cleaners.... More

I went to Lomans of Woodbridge in Mid -August and purchased a 08 Chevy Impala. Now I did take the car for a test drive and neither Mike Viola or myself heard the ticking in the dashboard which would purchased a 08 Chevy Impala. Now I did take the car for a test drive and neither Mike Viola or myself heard the ticking in the dashboard which would lead to the AC not working. If I would have heard that sound when I first took the test drive I would not have purchased the car. The very next day I called to complain about the car(reason why I didn't complain that day was because by the time I left the dealership they were closing) and Mike Viola did not want to speak to me, and he finally did he was patronizing me. Ray was no help either. I was told by Mike Viola and Mo that "since your purchasing a car you'll get a 3 month warranty. If a car breaks down on you it'll do it in the first 3 months. So we purchased it thinking we were being told an honest story. I dropped my car off Friday and it was there through the weekemd until Tuesday. I went over to the service dept. myself because no one would help me and spoke with David(Mechanic director) He told me that Loman would pay for %50 of the cost but I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything and on top of that the salesmen were giving me the run around. i want to speak to someone about this matter.. I feel I was sold a Lemon... More
My husband and I went t trade in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, we traded it in for a 2004 Acura MDX. First off I continued to tell my husband that the car was over priced which they didn't even want to give you a we traded it in for a 2004 Acura MDX. First off I continued to tell my husband that the car was over priced which they didn't even want to give you a price until they ran your credit. We had people continuously pressure us about making the payments as low as we needed them. To make a long story short I drove the car off the lot and it didn't accelerate like I pushed on the gas peddle and the car went no where then to make it worst I pressed the breaks and they failed to work. I turned around and had them drive it and they guy said you are right the truck does need breaks but it shifts really well you might have had it in between gears. so he tells me to bring the truck back on Monday so away I go. I gets on the parkway North and the truck does it again and does all kind of crazy noises through out the remainder of the night. SO COME MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE TAKING THIS TRASH BACK TO LOMAN AUTO AND GETTING MY TRUCK BACK. THIS CAR CLEARLY NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION AND I WON'T BE THE ONE TO BE PAYING FOR IT. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A GOOD PRICE FOR YOUR TRADE IN AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I'M NOT TRADING xxxx I WANT MY TRUCK BACK ND I'LL GO ELSE WHERE. 09\08\2013 More
