My salesman was really good (Richard Riccardi), however when it got handed to financing it turned into a nightmare. I made a half a dozen trips to the dealership to sign and re-sign paperwork. Then they told me that they had to put me a in "loaner" car. This car had over 200k miles and it stalled out on me 3 times or wouldn't start. Mind you they didn't even bother to put any gas in it either. When I asked for a different loaner car they said that was all they had and basically gave me the attitude of take or leave it. Finally, the financing department called me and said that I had to turn in the loaner car and they were going need to give me back my trade. So when I got to the dealership they said that my paperwork didn't get approved and the only way to get it approved was to give them an additional $3000 for down payment. (strange that when I initially came in told them I didn't have cash to put down but offered my trade which they took the first day which they did give me $2500 for according to the paperwork). So in the mean time I did contact the financing company and asked them were there any issues with my down payment or credit worthiness. They stated all of my information and what I had agreed to was good and that the issue was with the "Business Management Team". At the end of the day I did not end up in the car that I was there to get. But They did say they were trying another financing company but its been over 2 weeks and I haven't had so much as a follow up call or head anything from them stating they are working on it still. They should take down their signs that state everyone drives because its not true and it is false advertisement. In any case I did however get a brand new car (not used which is what I went there to get) for the same terms that I initially visited Loman for. More

We explained our situation in detail to avoid taking a 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealership just to run into the same problem that we've run into at several other dealerships. Right up until the morning of the 1/2 hour trip to the dealership just to run into the same problem that we've run into at several other dealerships. Right up until the morning of the reassured us that they were 100% sure they could get the deal done because "Everbody Drives" and they had several specials running to help with our negative equity issue. Long story short we wasted HOURS &GAS for them to low ball us on our trade-in, run several credit checks and false hopes to come up with NO DEAL!!!!! ..... They shuffled us right out the door and sat the next couple down they had absolutely no compassion for wasting our day but the icing on the cake is I dropped my license in the car I test drove. The sales rep found it called me to say he mailed it. It is now three weeks later and still NO license but they keep sending repeated emails to schedule an appointment to test drive and guess what???? Run my credit. I say RUN don't walk from here they are horrible. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here. More
My sales rep was nice as well as friendly and easy to talk to and get answer's to my questions. After my purchase had to make afew calls to the dealership and the receptionist for sales dept. seem abit unprofessional and clueless to customers calling for asst. Over all this is my second purchased here first car lasted 7yrs and could go longer and hopefully this one will as well. Would I recommend loman's? I have in the pass and will again. Just note: You guy's that are in the office need to work on there friendly approach because it can be turn offish. Thx Rasheed. More
After getting denied all over New York, I decided to drive an HOUR down to New Jersey and give Loman's a try and the commercial is not a lie " EVERYBODY DRIVES". Jack assisted me by assuring me that a car suited to my needs will leave with me and after appointing me Nikml and he spent hours speaking to me and showing me different cars and tried his very best to assure that I drove out with a 2012 Car for a awesome price. I felt like I was family. Nik spoke to me like a friend and not customer. He took his time and had patience for all the questions that I had. We went in and got the Car for an okay deal after cutting their asking price down to half. This was only after a considerable amount of negotiation was done for a span of almost two hours. They were rude, disorganized, and unpleasant to deal with during the day of the sale and even weeks later when following up about paper work and information they were responsible for. If you want to deal with people that will give you a headache and who only respond to a high level of follow-up and threats, than this is the place for you. More

Communicated with the internet sales department over the course of several days concerning a Mazda 3 I was interested in. Departed from Bedford, PA at 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning with cash in hand to purchase the vehicle and embarked upon a nearly 4 1/2 hour trip to Loman Auto in New Jersey. Upon arrival we told the sales person that we were interested in the Mazda 3 and waited almost 45 minutes for someone to come work with us. Finally we were told that the car wasn't there, then we were told that the car was suddenly determined to have transmission problems. the sales staff then tried to get us to consider another car. VERY UNHAPPY TO HAVE DRIVEN 4 1/2 HRS. TO BE TOLD THE CAR THAT THEY ASSURED ME WAS THERE THE NIGHT BEFORE, WAS NOT THERE. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money at this point even if they DID have the perfect vehicle for me. Extremely poor business, with dreadful integrity and lack of regard for their customers. Spend your money elsewhere at a dealership that has some principles! More
I went with questions and info: The first statement the agent said was "So we are looking at 400 to 500 payment" . You have got to be kidding. He never asked what I want or if I had anything in mind. I asked about the interest about 2 or 3 times the answer was avoided.The the sales person tried to show me cars which were the same year or less then my trade in with less options (manual windows). The most telling of all was when I stated I wanted to take the car to a mechanic..He asked why?I told him I wanted my mechanic to check it out He was very resistant and said We have mechanics. When the agent knew there was no sale to be made he quickly exited.. I saw the car I really liked I said I want to see this He waved me on from his desk and said the door is open .. I left feeling like they were not honest with me and forthcoming. Would I buy from then NO....but I really wanted to.. More
