Waist of time, money and gas. I went to that place because they'll approved you "guaranteed" well that's what they say so! Well I got there sit with Scott Torres, very friendly, they run my credit came back with nothing I didn't know about then told me only way they can get me approved is with a co signer with a good credit lol there're bunch of dealerships near me that could get me a car with a co signer with GOOD CREDIT!. I recently took the vehicle I purchased to Kia dealer to check whatever was under warranty and they did mention to my that there were two filters that Lomans did not change before selling me the vehicle. I intend on calling Lomans to see if the will fix this issue. More

I wanted a full size van and figured since they offered 5000.00 more than your trade was worth i'd check them out... First thing is don't think your going to get anything on your trade.. My vehicle was worth 7800.00 blue book and they just gave me the pay off amount of 8253.92...The van that i wanted was listed at 21000.00 I got the van for around 19800.00 after all said and done... Some 5000.00 over my trade for a down payment not lol....Then I went down to pick van up a week after because the company didn't get my plates yet...That day came and when i went to pick up the van I had to wait 5 hours to have them get the vehicle ready... The van was near empty that I couldn't make it home and had to stop in Montvale for 90.02 worth of gas...Who sells a car and doesn't put gas into it...Or better yet who sells a car and doesn't have a front license plate holder and tells you to pick it up and we will send you a check for the amount that cost me 47.00.... Let me add that this company didn't pay off my car or even notify my previous bank that i no longer processed my traded in vehicle... they paid off my car on 3/26/14.....I had a car payment due on the 15 of march and was out 449.77.... I guess the contract doesn't mean anything so the sent in the amount of 7844.38...They knew what was owed on my car and figured that i wouldnt notice... I then one day had my son washing my car to find out that the roof was damaged to the point I almost wanted to return it... After 20 plus phone calls and 5 trips down there I got the roof painted ... I was given a loaner car that as soon as i got on the hwy a check engine light went on and had to return...That day i spent 4 hours there... Finally they fixed the loaner and I was on my way in a filthy smokey smelling car that was in no way nice to drive and made crazy sounds like it was going to blow up...Finally after a week I got my van back and let me tell you the paint job was not the best...but at this point i just wanted this bull over and just wanted the money they owed me... Months of phone calls and never getting satisfaction finally i told them i was going to put in a lawsuit small claims and people started moving... I still have trouble getting managers... I wish mr. Loman would call me back .... I have asked for him to call me through many people and have yet to get a call back... I wish he would because i would tell him how his employees are damaging his business... DON'T EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP......THIS IS THE MOST SHADY PLACE I'VE EVER SCENE...My review is only half of what I went through and it is all true... MR. Loman I am the man who bought the E350 white Ford van look me up and call me... I think you will be surprised on what transpired with my sale... More

I was looking at cars online and put my info in at the loman auto sales website. I got a call from Andrea and spoke with Christian. I was skeptical because of my previous experiences but said let's try one last time. I got there and nick introduced himself to me. I had walls up because I knew what my experiences with other salesmen was like..... How wrong I was. FABULOUS guy. At first I was hesitant cause I knew Andrea had all my info so being taken care by another person was not the route I wanted to take, but after all said and done...I would not have changed a thing. I don't know WHAT banks they have ...I don't know what they said or did. It took a few, but I have a new car now .... Great job to the Loman team and thank you to nick for being such an amazing, not just salesmen, but person as well. More

real talk Coming to loman auto sales was about my 3rd stop in trying to find a car. My credit is fine so I was leaning towards finding a new car to finance . I don't want to mention the name of the dealer ship I went to prior to coming to loman but I will say that, that dealer ship showed me exactly why car dealerships have the stereo type they have. The sales guy was pushy and had probably the weirdest most non genuine smile which creeper me out. I RAN from that place after haggling to get my license back which the sales guy had hostage. I came to loman and nick started out by making me laugh which is always a great thing. He kept it all real with me, and made me feel comfortable which I was very VERY anxious to begin with. The process took a little while but my credit was probably tough to work with lol and my sales guy nick was a riot any ways so the time it took didn't really bother me. If you feel weary about dealerships .... Def try loman auto sales, and I hope nick greets you cause , I mean I think I would have bought the car any ways. .. But he really made this experience as smooth and great as it was. More

All other sales men that I spoke with did not even attempt to get me done by my self .. Nick didn't push what "he" thought was best ... He actually "listened" to his customer ... Of course we negotiated the price, but that is a given ... I mean that was to be expected . The entire dealership actually didn't even have that vibe of being a dealer ship. After speaking for a few minutes I found my self literally feeling as if nick was a friend I have not spoken to in a long time but have known for ever. First time buyers ...
