I Coming to loman auto sales was about my 3rd stop in trying to find a car. My credit is fine so I was leaning towards finding a new car to finance . I don't want to mention the name of the dealer ship I went to prior to coming to loman but I will say that, that dealer ship showed me exactly why car dealerships have the stereo type they have. The sales guy was pushy and had probably the weirdest most non genuine smile which creeper me out. I RAN from that place after haggling to get my license back which the sales guy had hostage. I came to loman and nick started out by making me laugh which is always a great thing. He kept it all real with me, and made me feel comfortable which I was very VERY anxious to begin with. The process took a little while but my credit was probably tough to work with lol and my sales guy nick was a riot any ways so the time it took didn't really bother me. If you feel weary about dealerships .... Def try loman auto sales, and I hope nick greets you cause , I mean I think I would have bought the car any ways. .. But he really made this experience as smooth and great as it was. More
Honesty Nick the salesperson was very nice. Lomans is not a dealership I would recommend because of the dishonesty involved in the financing process. I do n Nick the salesperson was very nice. Michael Carucci was very patient with me, a trait that is rare in auto sales. He presented my options and we were to come up with a vehicle I would enjoy. The finance department worked to get comfortable payments. All in all I was satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend them to others. Definitely see Mike. Great guy. More

All other sales men that I spoke with did not even attempt to get me done by my self .. Nick didn't push what "he" thought was best ... He actually "listened" to his customer ... Of course we negotiated the price, but that is a given ... I mean that was to be expected . The entire dealership actually didn't even have that vibe of being a dealer ship. After speaking for a few minutes I found my self literally feeling as if nick was a friend I have not spoken to in a long time but have known for ever. First time buyers ... People with credit problems .... People that are scared of dealerships ... Please go see loman auto .. And if nick is there Def ask for him. More

BAD BUSINESS... LIARS AND THIEVES Okay so i got a car i'll say that much but to be honest this whole ordeal has been so stressful. If i would have known that things proceed this way i Okay so i got a car i'll say that much but to be honest this whole ordeal has been so stressful. If i would have known that things proceed this way i would have most likely ended up going somewhere else. Let me start by saying i was in Loman auto for 6 hours.. 6 long annoying frustrating hours.... once i filled out everything i had to they came over to negotiate my down payment and all this.. To be honest the negotiations were pretty bleak since my credit isn't the best. I ended up putting 500 down plus an addition 1500 at the end of the month plus my old Toyota corolla as a trade in.. That's fine i suppose but the monthly payments were more than i told them but i was told had no other option so i took a car payment with almost 100.00 more then we discussed. after that was all down hill... i was approved but not entirely.. they spent the next 4 hours having me on hold with the bank trying to finish my process.. i don't understand something.. how can you be approved but not approved at the same time?? either i get the car or not.. they kept telling me they had to fight the bank for my approval.. Now i'm not a car salesman and i don't pretend to know anything about that but it's confusing when you tell someone that you are approved then to turn around and tell them you aren't. well i waited for 4 hours before i was able to walk away with my car.. only to be bothered everyday for the next week about more paperwork that they needed.. after i gave them my w-2 they need more pay stubs they needed more telephone numbers.. more more more.. its very frustrating honestly.. i arrived there at 12 didn't even leave till almost 6pm that Friday.. i won't lie i'm happy with my car but the process is frustrating, long, and painful at least for me. i need this process to be over because i'm scared that they will take my car from me and not refund me the money that i paid.. I've heard about that happening with this company more then once where they let you take they car only to take your money take your car and not refund you a penny.. let's see how this goes..... More
"LOMAN" GREAT PLACE I have been searching awhile for a vehicle for my 20 year old daughter who goes out of state to school. I wanted to find a reliable vehicle for her. I have been searching awhile for a vehicle for my 20 year old daughter who goes out of state to school. I wanted to find a reliable vehicle for her. Many people told me to by her a Honda or Toyota with high mileage. I struggle with that (high mileage) thinking what if her car breaks down. I started searching the internet found a sight, I then entered my information and within minutes someone called me. I told her I would be in within an hour. When I got to Loman's everyone was very nice a saleman came up to me and told me have a seat at his desk. Once seated he introduced himself Scott Torres. Scott showed us a few cars and my daughter made a decision. The car is absoluted beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back to Loman's when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle and I will also recommend all family and friends to Loman's and Mr. Scott Torres. Once again, thank you so much Scott and Loman's. More
Worse Experience ever!!! I went to Loman despite all the bad reviews from multiple people I know in my area and in other areas, also reviews that I have seen online. I went o I went to Loman despite all the bad reviews from multiple people I know in my area and in other areas, also reviews that I have seen online. I went on their webpage multiple times to check their inventory and got TONS of phone calls over the past few months trying to sell me a car. I finally went in to see what they could do. They are running a promotion up to $5400 OVER trade in value, or matching down payment up to $5000. I do not have a down payment so I told them I'd be trading my car in. My current loan buy out being aprx $4500 and trade in value being about that. I was told excellent news, they could put me in a Nissan Sentra. Bad news, I am a family of 5, sometimes 6, I need a vehicle BIGGER than the vehicle I currently have that seats 5. I told Scott and James both I was willing to work with them but it had to be a vehicle that seats 6. They showed me a 2009 Mazda 5, red in color, which is making a grinding noise and wheel shaking like theres an axle problem. When I told Scott I'd like to bring my mechanic the next day, he went to James who then told him to show us an 08 Dodge Grand Caravan. The Dodge ran better than the mazda, had some flaws, and finance told us they had gotten us approved however were having issues getting the particular vehicle approved due to the fact that it had no frills. We were told by James to give them a day or so and they would contact us. I went on their website the following day to show someone the van we were looking at and noticed it was no longer on their site. I called the next day at aprx. 9:30, and was told the manager would not be in until after 1 so I left a message. I called again aprx. 5pm, was told Scott my salesman was with a customer, and was placed on hold for finance. James took the phone call, told me "he didn't remember me and to hold a minute so he could find my paperwork". A minute turned into 1 hour and 9 minutes according to my phone timer. During this time I heard multiple sales people in and out of the office, speaking of other clients, financial situations and even FACEBOOK STATUS. Ater 1 hour 9 minutes someone picked up the phone placed it on hold then disconnected it. My husband waited about half an hour then tried calling back only to be told that Scott wasn't in today (even after I was told he was with a customer). My husband knowing that we were being played told them what kind of joke are you playing my wife was hung up on after an hour hold. When James finally took the phone James told him wonderful news we got you approved we need $1700 down. My husband understandably was upset and starting yelling because this entire time our needs were not being heard. After James told him that "he was the manager and he had to listen to him" my husband hung up on him. James called back and I took the phone. I listened to him and another gentleman trying to sell me on how good their dealership is and how much business they have how many cars they sell and how no one else is going to get me the deal they were able to get me and I tried to reply back that with their reputation we went there anyway to give them an honest try and the thanks we got was we can't even get a phone call in return and he immediately tried to speak over me blaming me for the fact that I needed a $1700 down payment because I refused the car they suggested (again the nissan sentra that is NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR MY FAMILY OF 5) so I told him I was done with the conversation but to rest assured HE is the reason he lost my sale and HE is the reason why I would place a bad review on here and any other sites to warn honest people THEY ARE NOT THE DEALER FOR THE PEOPLE, THEY ARE THE DEALER OUT TO MAKE A BUCK!
