I came in my credit is terrible. Also, I didn't have a cosigner. He made the best out of what he could from my situation. I traded in my Honda accord which was fully paid for. And just as the commercial stated they take your trade in, match the price, and apply it towards your down payment. Everybody on that floor is very friendly, professional, and hard workers to get what needs to be done! They will see me again when its time to trade in this vehicle! And let me just add.....my mom and I went there alone. You know everyone say when car dealers see females they try to take advantage of us being females. Not in this case! Not with this dealership! 1st purchase I came a week ago to purchase a vehicle from loman auto sales, primarily due to the adds I heard on the radio. I deal with customers at my own job so I came a week ago to purchase a vehicle from loman auto sales, primarily due to the adds I heard on the radio. I deal with customers at my own job so I had big expectations. Nick, my sales guy was so proficient and allowed me to put my guards down with his approach. He gave me real information instead of sugar coating things and telling me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to hear. We found a great car, at first the bank came back with an initial offer that I really couldn't agree to, but Nick did exactly what he promised me he would. He fought for me to be able to get to numbers I was comfortable at. I was there for about 3 hours but I didn't even realize it because we got into so many deep conversations that time seemed to fly by. Jack in finance was also excellent getting the bank to work in an extended warranty for the car so I have nothing to worry about. I have annoyed nick with phone calls through out the week and I've dealt with places where when your making the purchase the people are very kind and then once the purchase is made they are so tough to get in touch with. Nick answered every time and when he didn't he called back right away. Honestly it was actually surprising how nice and easy everything went. I have 2 friends that are also looking for vehicles..... guess where I'm sending them. A big thank you to the Loman team , and once again thank you Nick for being the top notch guy you are. More
