Poor customer service, bad feelings ond long wait time. I walked into Loma auto on 5/30/15 to get a new car for my family and I. When i put my email through their website the previous night i had reps calling from loman to schedule a "VIP appointment" so i made the appointment and walked in with my fiance and my two year old daughter. Right away i was greeted and met with one of the sales guys John S. We were going through all the usual stuff income, job signing etc. I test drove a few cars and fiound the one i wanted: a 2013 Dodge Avenger with 32,000 miles. When John submitted my paperwork he came back to my family and I and said that it would be $418/monthly which i thought was absurd. John did end up coming back a few minutes later with a 2013 Dodge Avenger with 54,000 miles for $301/monthly which i knew i could handle the payments. My first mistake was when i asked to test drive the car he said you already drove the Avenger its the same car: i agreed: not thinking obvilously siomething could have been wrong with the car or maybe something small that was differnt then the other one i had test driven, my second mistake was signing all the paperwork without reading. The Finance manager Rob M told me that the bank that financed me would call to say welcome and then told me if they ask if the car is a V6 tell them yes (my car is a V4) so i signed all the paperwork and drove off with my "new" used 2013 Dodge Avenger with temp NJ liscense plates thatexpired 20 days from 5/30/15. As time got closer for my registration to be expired they were not answering my calls not returning my calls or anything i was very upset. I live in brooklyn where meter maids walk around all day and give tickets for that kind of stuff so i was very nervous. After calling and bothering them so much the sales manager Krystian G told me to come pick up dealer plates so i drove all the way out to NJ to get them. After a day i felt like i shouldnt be driving with these plates (which i wasnt supposed to) they are only supposed to be used for transporting and for test driving their vehicles. I finally contacted NJ DMV Commission and filed a complaint against Loman, after a few days an investigator contacted me stating he was at the dealership and is seeing there is an issue with my title that the dealer has to fix before registering my car, he also said im not supposed to be using those plates and told me Loman would be calling me to come pick up a loaner vehicle. They did contact me surprislingly finally being nice and helpful. I got there and they gave me a 2007 Dodge calibur with 95,000 miles, no window washing fluid, the check engine light was on and the inside smelt like garbage. I took the car and finally two weeks later they have contacted me saying my registration is ready. I really wanted to like this dealership and be a regular customer, its not that my credit is shot and i needed to go here i went because someone referred them to me, i do love my car and have had no mechanical problems although i havent been able to drive it LMAO. I probably would never go back to them even if something happened to my car and i had to go there for it to be covered under warranty, i just would have a bad feeling about going. They seemed very shady. I hope if you do make the decision to go there do your homework and take things slow because theres so many things they can throw at you when you are buying a new car. More

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH SERVICE Went there today with my gf for an oil change was greeted my a bride guy named Jeff. Told me to have a seat that they would take my car in shortly. An hour passed so I went up there and said "don't you need my keys" he said actually I need your regeatration so I can put it in the computer and bring it back well hmm why did it take over an hour for this to happen. A guy came in after we did and left before us. We were there over 2 hours and then was told all this stuff that I needed done for my car which I think is complete BS just trying to get one over on 2 girls. If you can't greet customers nice you should have a job at a dealership. He was rude and the WORSE attitude ever. He's lucky I didn't tell him about himself! More

Bwilkerson4265 My daughters and I were greeted at the door by Donald Kinsey. He was very pleasant and he worked with us. The entire staff was really friendly. amazing! I just wanted to start off by saying Loman Auto Sales is the only dealership that I know this far that is completely honest with their customers! They are not like most dealerships that only care about the sales. They care about their consumers! And this alone they have my utmost respect! My sales person was Frantz. He was amazing! I came in my credit is terrible. Also, I didn't have a cosigner. He made the best out of what he could from my situation. I traded in my Honda accord which was fully paid for. And just as the commercial stated they take your trade in, match the price, and apply it towards your down payment. Everybody on that floor is very friendly, professional, and hard workers to get what needs to be done! They will see me again when its time to trade in this vehicle! And let me just add.....my mom and I went there alone. You know everyone say when car dealers see females they try to take advantage of us being females. Not in this case! Not with this dealership!
