I asked for the second key they gave me a blank key that cant be programmed to the car The car also has a class action lawsuit against Ford for the trans which I had repaired twice already. the trans just went again on the car. When you ask the sales person how much the car is....He lies and says he doesn't know and you have to speak to someone else. My car had chipped paint I was told make an appointment with the service department, service department tells me they don't do paint...Go back to the salesman he now has another story of how there's a guy who used to come in and do paint for them and he's going to ask around to see if the guy still comes in. What type of establishment doesn't know what services they offer. More

Bad for you! High finance charges, will over charge you to get you in a vehicle. If you trade in your vehicle somewhere else early and go back to get your refund f High finance charges, will over charge you to get you in a vehicle. The worst place in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!! Arrived at 12pm after scheduling an appointment over the phone explaining my situation and how much money my husband and I had towards a vehicle which Arrived at 12pm after scheduling an appointment over the phone explaining my situation and how much money my husband and I had towards a vehicle which the amount they said it was perfect. We get there an asked for the guy SCOTT, a man (no name tag)sat us down and was introduced to a young man named CARLOS(had no name tag) he gathered information to pre approve my husband and I . We waited a very long time to be told he needed another source of income(co-signer) which they told us no co signer needed and they don't do credit checks (lies because they ranned both of our credit and to determine eligablity you have to run credit) with both our Big income still wasn't enough. They basically picked out a car for us we didn't agree . There was no prices on any vehicle at all. They came back and asked for another co signer , also explaining why he was denied as a first time finacer. The manager MARK (very rude and unprofessional) transitioned the words differently to make it sound better. Let us test drive , sat the keys in our hand(as if we was driving off any minute and toldbus we are almost finished. Long time waiting again !!!! Came back told us he can get us approved by another bank but more Money down. But what happened to ILL DOUBLE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT UP TO 2500? They never even mentioned that. Never told us what we was approved for to tell us come back with 1500 more dollars . I cried and cursed them out I was very frustrated!!! After calking into work late by 4 hrs missing money while they gained money trying to scam people into coming in selling false advertisement and have your hopes all high. They don't have prices on cars so they can over price the car to make their money as well. Would not recommend if it was the last car dealership in the world. Those workers should be ashamed for even working for a place like that. More

Deceitful Sales I was sold a misrepresented vehicle. I believed I was buying a SUV model SL AWD. I went to a Nissan Dealership only to be told I am being financed I was sold a misrepresented vehicle.
