Worst dealership, if they had a zero star I would of selected it. After purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 in January of 2021 I was given a "We Owe You " invoice for the repairs of a torn passenger side seat a selected it. After purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 in January of 2021 I was given a "We Owe You " invoice for the repairs of a torn passenger side seat and a broken windshield, it took them several weeks of me calling to schedule a date for the repairs. After the date was set and I was at the location they advised me that the seat can be repaired but I had to come back for the windshield to be replaced. We came to an agreement that I would have the windshield replaced at a local shop for I live 2 hours from the dealership and that they will reimburse me the full cost. I have been reaching out to the dealership for several months now for my re imbursement ,until now I have not received my money. I have everything documented and will be contacting the relevant authorities. More
