Went to the dealership this morning. My son was interested in a challenger he had seen online. He was going to put almost a third down on the vehicle and finance the remainder. The monthly payments they gave us were horribly expensive. We left disappointed and when I got home contacted a friend who has been in the car business for decades. He worked the numbers with my sons credit score and said they were either charging us 18+ interest rate or tacking on to the back end of the car. They had to be adding 16,000+ to the car price to arrive at those monthly payments. Ran as fast as we could! More

I attempted several times at contacting the dealership for an answer to give them a chance to fix things before writing this review. So here I am, after many calls and emails. There are a few different issues, so I'll start with the small one first. On March 2nd I bought a used car from this dealership. The buying process was pretty much fine, no isses. Wesley, our salesman, was amazing. Upon first looking at the car, I noticed really bad tint removal on the back windshield. It looked like somebody had started removing the tint, and gave up halfway. When we sat down to do the paperwork, the car went off to be detailed, and I asked to have the tint removed. Once the paperwork was done and the car was brought to me, the back windshield looked exactly the same. I was told "they couldn't do anything about it", although it was clear they didn't try. Yet every single luxury car they had in stock was completely pristine with no noticeable issues at all. Annoying, but not enough to write a 1 star review for. This issue is why I'm leaving the worst review possible. If I could, I'd leave no stars. When I bought my car, the temp license plate was in place, and I was informed my new license plate would be shipped to my house, which was dope because I live out of state and didn't have to worry about transferring a Jersey car to Pennsylvania. A week or two went by, checking my mailbox everyday, and nothing had come yet. Then it hits 3/31, the day my temporary plate expired, and I started to worry. So on 4/4 I called, and was told there was an "issue with my title". I was anxious about getting pulled over with a technically unregistered car, and I expressed that and was told that "they would cover the ticket", although I never got that in writing so I'm not too sure how true that is. Anyways, I asked to speak to the department that handles the license plates (I believe it's called their DMV department), just so I could get an idea of what the issue was and when I'd be expecting my plate. I get transferred, nobody picks up so I have to leave a message, and I go about my day again. Except nobody ever called back. I brushed it off, maybe they're just really busy, and kept checking the mail. Two weeks later, on 4/18, I decide to email the salesperson, since maybe he can get a clearer answer. Nope, he was told the exact same thing, so I call again. DMV department again does not answer, but this time their voicemail box is full! I was incredibly frustrated at this point so I start poking around their reviews. People are having the same issue. One person as of last month had bought their car in 2021 and still not gotten their plate. Luckily, there were some responses from the business with email addresses to reach out to, so I did. Both of them. First one I emailed on 4/19, never heard anything back. I thought, "You know, maybe he left the dealership since that review was posted", so I emailed the other address on 4/20. The second email address was the business development manager, who you would think would reply immediately to any urgent concerns. Nope! As of writing this review I am nearly two months since buying my car, and almost a month past the expiration of my temporary plate. The anxiety I had previously had driving with an expired plate has doubled. The fact that this dealership would sell me this car with no warning knowing that they've been having issues with out of state titles is despicable. It's also disgusting that they seem to refuse to acknowledge the problem until they're put on blast for the public to see. They clearly don't care about their customers that buy lower end used vehicles, and only truly care about the customers they make a large profit off of. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. More
