Filled out finance paperwork and suddenly presented with a $2,500 fee they said was the charge for all the pre-sale work they had done to the car. Tried to explain to me how it is normal to advertise one price and charge another and offered to “help me out”. Brought a new finance estimate and threw a lot of numbers around - all to keep me from noticing that they had removed the fee line but *raised the purchase price line by $2,000*. This dealer depends on customers not paying attention to details and not being able to do the math. If you see a car advertised online, assume there will be a massive markup when you show up in person. If you choose to go here anyway - read every single line carefully. More

The price listed was good, but they kept adding all kinds of fees and extras, and the price increased a lot. I found this dealership on cars. com after researching the car I was looking for. They stock selective very nice pre owned vehicles. I called and talked with Stephanie about the Corvette I was interested in purchasing. I told her I was from Nashville TN 13 hours away and needed some information about the car before I made the trip. Stephanie said she would get back with me on the information but from then on she would not answer or return my calls. After 3 days of trying she finally at the end of day Friday responded back to me. So I packed a bag and headed that way and got to the dealership Saturday afternoon to purchase my first Corvette. Very nice and clean dealership. Ashley was my sales lady and I must say I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I give the dealership 5 stars but lack of communication with Stephanie was very frustrating. More

They may have made a few extra dollars off me on the sale, but they lost a customer who plans to buy many more cars in the future, and knows a lot of people who would love their inventory. To ensure they never get a lead from me, I took off the license plate frame, with their name on it, and tossed it in the trash. They will spend three times the money they took from me to find the same customers I would have refereed for free. More
Called Thursday, 9/28/23 at 1:00PM in reference to a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder I had seen online that I was interested in purchasing. I explained I was very interested, and I wanted to make a decision that day so I could drive up on saturday (I live 2 hours from the dealership.) I didn't want to drive up without first discussing price, and getting approved for financing. She said she would check and call me right back. 4pm rolls around, I called in and she's not there. I ask the front desk to please leave her a message to call me back, I never get a response. The next day, Friday 9/29/23, I called in at 11:00 AM and spoke to Stephanie again. I explained, again, I was interested in the vehicle and I told her I was fine with the listed internet price, and I wanted to fill out an application for financing. She texted me a link, I told her I'd get it right back to her, and I did. About 5 minutes later, I texted back "Submitted, thanks!" and began waiting... 2 hours later I texted "Please let me know if there's anything further you need me to provide, thanks again! :)"... no response. 4PM rolls around, I texted again for an update: "Do you know when we will have an update? I live 2 hours away and if approved, I need to drive up first thing in the morning to sign the paperwork." .... 5PM she responds: "I apologize for the delay. Finance said you are good to go, you did most of the work already with Capital One. What time tomorrow morning can I reserve for you? We open at 9AM." I responded: "Ok great, what are the terms? I'd like to figure everything out before I head up. And do you accept credit card for down payments?" No response. About 6:30PM I'm starting to get concerned, because I know they're about to close and I want to purchase the car in the morning if I like the terms. I texted again. I called multiple times. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. When, today, finally someone did answer I asked to be set up with a different salesperson, Stephanie isn't cutting it. They said "She's the only one here..." and then transferred me to her. It rang, and rang, as usual, and she never picked up. Never called me back. It is now almost 8PM the next day (the day I was supposed to buy the vehicle) and she STILL hasn't texted me back or returned my calls. I called 3 times today and it just rang and rang. I finally texted at 1:30PM today: "I'm just going to purchase the vehicle somewhere else, since you can't be bothered to return my calls, texts, or emails. Thanks for your time." -- STILL NO RESPONSE!! Can you imagine trying to give someone $34,000 and they just won't talk to you? I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I was going to be an easy sale, I wasn't even haggling on price. I'm already approved for financing. Good luck to y'all! How are you going to sell cars when you won't even answer the phone? Crazy.
