Third time's the charm My boyfriend and I went to two car dealerships prior to accidentally stumbling upon Auto City Sales. The first dealership was sketchy to say the least; despite the questionable online reviews rating this dealership nearly five stars. The saleswoman at the second dealership hated her job and showed it. Victor Gonzalez was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the entire experience at Auto City. Although my car had to be repaired on two occasions, the staff was accommodating and followed through with the 30-day warranty. Jeff Long is also a commendable employee who worked hard to service my vehicle even though he had a busy schedule. I am extremely appreciative to have purchased my 2009 Hyundai Accent GLS at Auto City. More

The first difference between Auto City and all of the other dealerships I went was that neither Victor (who helped me on my first visit) nor Fraser (who helped me on my second and third visits) tried to rush me into a decision. Every other dealership was more concerned with how quickly they could sell me a car than they were with ensuring that I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. For example, one dealership insisted that I test drive only the car I felt the most like purchasing to streamline the process. At Auto City, I test drove six cars before I could decide which one I was happiest with, and Fraser was patient and happy to offer up tips and information about the cars I drove. Both Victor and Fraser were very knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about. When it came down to purchasing my vehicle, Fraser helped me get a great loan - one even better than my own bank was willing to give me. On top of everything else, I found more high-quality used vehicles within my price range at Auto City than I did anywhere else. Their vehicles were all cleaned, inside and out, and shined like they had been waxed even though it rained almost every day that week. It was clear that Auto City cares equally about the state of their vehicles and their customer's happiness - quite a lot. If I'm ever in the market for a car again or a friend needs a recommendation, Auto City is the way to go. More
