Made my car buying experience quick and easy. We had gone to big name dealership before going to auto city with a specific car and budget in mind. At the first dealership we were ambushed by salesmen that initially said they could help us get what we wanted for the amount we wanted to spend. After wasting 30 minutes waiting for a response from a manager they came back with a counter offer trying to put me in a completely different vehicle. We walked out and headed straight to auto city that had the same GMC Terrain, a year older but with less miles. When we got there we had a completely different feel. We test drove the car within 15 min of getting there and since their prices are set in stone we didn't have to negotiate. We didn't need to since it was in my budget already. I felt comfortable with my decision there was no pressure and we drove home in our new car that day. Thanks Fraser! More

I was immediately greeted with the friendly smiling face of Fraser who let me tell him what I wanted and not the other way around. He offered an honest opinion on certain makes and models, which was greatly appreciated. He wasn't just trying to get a sale. After I found the car for me, my biggest concern was if I would get approved with my credit and job circumstances. They must've had a real miracle worker to get someone to get me a loan, because it wasn't looking good for me then Boom Approoved!! Legitimately folks I was approved, they can help.
