Overall experience was not as I expected---> I ended up buying the car the same day I checked it out...would really recommended Fraser to any one who is checking cars out at Auto City; and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car within their budget! We had just visited a nearby dealer, knowing full well that the advertisement we were bombarded with on the radio was fake in some regards, but we figured, why not check it out. After we left, a little more disappointed than we thought we would be (they don't have any prices on their used cars, because "we sell too many used cars to keep up with putting stickers on them", we came across Auto City. We decided (my son and I) to stop there and see what they had in stock in the way of VW cars. My son had his mind set on a German car, and VW seems to have a nice dependable cars. We were instantly wow'd and also skeptical about the good prices we were seeing. Of course, being how I am, I kept thinking there was some kind of catch. I even tried to wait a little bit to write my review. I was approved through Wells Fargo Dealer Services for the loan, and was weary about getting the warranty from Auto City, but they promised me that if I had any problems with it, they would back me up. I've had and read about several bad experiences with these dealer offered warranties, that I have to admit I was scared we'd be stranded with a warranty, and some weird stipulation that would not allow us to receive warranty service. Our salesperson assured us this would not be the problem, and he and the rest of the people that worked there would personally help us if it ever came to that. If we ever do have to use the warranty, I hope we don't, I will update my post here. More

Process was easy and did not feel pressured I went to about 10 dealerships before buying my 2012 Nissan Murano. At other dealerships, I felt as though I was being pressured or forced to purchas I went to about 10 dealerships before buying my 2012 Nissan Murano. At other dealerships, I felt as though I was being pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle I was unsure about. Long story short, Fraser made me feel comfortable and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. When I could not find the title for my trade, Fraser offered to hold onto my trade in storage until I could obtain my title and bring it back to the dealership, where they gave me a check for the trade. My only issue was that the dealership only gave me a single fob key, which ended costing me about $200 to get a new one. I do not want to end on a negative note - I am glad I went to Auto City Sales and worked with Fraser, it made the car buying process much less stressful! More

The truck was washed and prepped upon pickup and the purchase was handled professional and timely, job well done, I am considered middle age and it was the best car buying experience I have every had at a car lot/dealership and I have bought plenty of cars in my time . First time buyer Went to a couple places to check out cars and found myself at Auto City Sales. Dealt with Fraser and overall was a good experience. The test drive went smoothly and had the option of checking out a bunch of cars. Their online website was pretty good as far as detailing all the cars' features. I ultimately went with a Honda Accord that I had my eye on from the beginning. The main reasons why the review isn't 5 stars is just that while the pricing is great and the most competitive one for the miles and the condition of cars, the cars are not officially certified-preowned although they do their own 100+ point check. They also don't have multiple keys for the cars. While it's a small issue, I did have to go to a dealership and pay out of pocket for extra keys. I tried to get the dealership to help out by paying for the keys or even half of the cost but company policy apparently did not allow for it. Fraser himself was very helpful. He helped "bend the rules" a little by topping off the tank even though it was over half (another company policy that I don't really agree with as I believe all cars off the lot should be full tank) and also helped with ordering new wiper blades for me (the ones that I had on the car smeared the water around and never fully got rid of it. Just made it harder to see). Overall a good experience and I'd recommend swinging by to check out the cars at the very least if interested in buying a very competitively prices car without the hassle of haggling and "checking with managers" bit. Great dealership, great vehicle. Went to AutoCity Sales in search of a nice Jeep for my family. Walked in and was greeted by Abel. He went and grabbed a nice 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport m Went to AutoCity Sales in search of a nice Jeep for my family. Walked in and was greeted by Abel. He went and grabbed a nice 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport model and I test drove it. It was the perfect vehicle upon first sight and first drive. Abel was very courteous and very helpful in his assistance. He got us exactly the monthly payment we were hoping for, right on the dollar. He was also very hospitable and made the whole process a breeze. Can't ask for a more perfect car-buying experience. I read over 25+ yelp reviews, I went to the BBB website and only after that did I contact the dealership. I got in contact with Jose and he was so easy to deal with. I was pre-approved for my loan, got to the dealership, took the SUV for a trip around the block, came back signed my paperwork and was on my way in an 1 1/2....this was by far the easiest car buying experience EVER!!!! I love my 2006 Chevy and I am bringing my daughter here when it's time for her to buy a car. More
