Confident fun buy! I had came to auto city discouraged after going to a mossy Honda dealership . The difference in customer service was so nice! Mossy was very pushy and didn't seem to hear me regarding what I was looking for! But coming to auto city I instantly felt excited to search for a car! They let me take any car I was interested out on a test drive! They didn't pressure me To buy anything! I was only told to take my Time and if I wanted to check out another vehicle to let someone know! Victor helped me with purchasing my car! He used to work at a Honda dealership for 10+ years even showed me his old Business card and that made me Feel confident in buying my Honda Civic! All the driving I do and wanting something to last me for years he made it a point to inform me and now I am a proud owner and apart of the auto city family! I loved how comfortable it was there!i don't know about anyone else but buying a car shouldn't be a hassle or rushed! Victor was great! And very helpful! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone! Amazing customer service I initially went to another dealership, and they make me wait for five days and never got approved and also never call me back, so I decided to stop I initially went to another dealership, and they make me wait for five days and never got approved and also never call me back, so I decided to stop by in Auto City and right away and explained my situation to the sale agent and soon enough he was in his desk negotiating and in lest the 48 hours I was approved with such and amazing deal... He wasn't trying to pressure me to get a luxury car I couldn't afford, he made sense of it all from mileage, gas, and the cost of maintenance. I got my car Monday and was telling everyone where I got it on Tuesday. If you're looking for a car without being haggled I recommend Auto City, but most importantly ask for Fraser!!! More
