3rd Purchase from Auto City I purchased my first car from Auto City in 2012. My sister's engine blew up unexpectedly in her late model 4-Runner. We walked up, Abel took a photo of her ID, we test drove the car and had keys in hand within an hour. They were below blue book and easy to deal with. I liked my sisters new car so much that I contacted Auto City again on Christmas day. Denis U got back to me within an hour and I met him at the dealership the next day. I test drove two cars and was out of there with a 2014 C-Max Hybrid within two hours of showing up. I love the new car and Denis was very polite and helpful. Navy Federal was closed the day after Christmas so I was not able to pick up my loan check so I'd have to come back to the dealership the next day. Denis ran my credit through his financing system and got me a slightly lower rate than Navy Federal. All my experiences with this dealership have been positive. When I bought my car 5 years ago, they were about half the size and didn't have a service department or any of that. I barely recognized the place when I went back. It's clear that they are doing a great job since they were able to expand that much in five years while still maintaining excellent customer ratings. They are focussed on volume so they don't haggle. They purchase nice cars with low mileage and turn them around quickly for a small profit. This business model makes it much easier on the consumer. If you want a good car with low miles at a fair price with no headaches, shop here. All their salespeople are excellent, but my experience with Denis and Abel were exceptional. Thanks again More

A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Jose is an amazing Sales Rep. He really helped me choose a car that was just right for me and my kids. He understood me, allowed me to choose a car, take it home, and bring it back within a 4 day grace period (at no charge) if I wasn't happy. It just so happened that I chose a Chevy Cruze and thought "This is it, this is the car!" I was wrong!!! I got home, wasn't happy and texted Jose the next morning. He welcomed me back with a smile and had every car that I wanted to test drive ready and available. He patiently waited as I test drove each car. When I couldn't make my decision, he pointed out my Chevy Impala. I hadn't seen that car at first but when he brought it forward for me to test drive, I had already known that I wanted it.
