The guys there were very non-assertive, yet attentive of their customers. They are honest, and I got to meet most of the guys there. They told me the truth about how the process works for them, and how they buy and sell vehicles. The service manager was great, i had noticed a slight problem when test driving a vehicle, and as soon as I came back from the test drive he had talked to me about the situation; and even shared in the service records for the vehicle. The Manager was great also, he had helped me understand their financing options, and coverage's after I left that evening. The process is never easy finding a new vehicle for yourself, especially if it is a used one. These guys made it possible for me to find the right truck, in a overcrowded market of NOVA. If I were to personally recommend a dealership it will be these guys. More
