AWFUL REPRESENTATION If I could give this place zero stars I would. I contacted the dealership to get a price quote and see if they would accept an offer. I get a response back from Sean B. giving me the advertised price. I asked if the price was firm or could he go with my offer. He told me NO, they were into the car for a certain amount and they were not going any lower? Fair response. I sent a followup email to him that he has my contact info in the case that anything changes. His response is "what is going to change? the price? Why would I take a $$$ loss". As a potential customer, this seemed rude as if my business is not good enough for Sean to work with me. I thanked him for this response as this was enough for me to stay away from this place. I don't think Customer service is a priority at this place and my recommendation would be to stay away. If you get a price quote response from Sean B. you are in for a fun time. I read through some of these other reviews and see that I'm not the only one that has had a wonderful experience from Sean B. No negotiation existed in our conversation.
