Totally seamless experience - our car and salesperson were waiting for us when we arrived. We took a quick test drive, worked out payment details, signed all the paper work, and - our car and salesperson were waiting for us when we arrived. When they say "haggle-free", they mean it - it was great not to have had to play that game (huge time saver!).
