I was very interested in a Porsche 968 that they had on their site. I was ready to pay their price but asked for an independent pre-purchase inspection. Within minutes I received an email telling me the car was sold. But more than a week later, the car is still advertised and when I reached out from a different email they said it was available. But they must have put two and two together because soon after they blocked all my emails to them and will not return my phone calls. There must be something wrong with the car that a PPI would have uncovered. They realize they are dealing with a wise collector, so they know they can't pull one over on me. What a shame. More

I’m 56 and have purchased quite a few cars over the years, and I have to say this was my first AWESOME car purchase ever! There is always something that lets you down—description of the vehicle, inadeq years, and I have to say this was my first AWESOME car purchase ever! There is always something that lets you down—description of the vehicle, inadequate salesperson, inefficient support staff, hours of waiting, and nobody really knows why you’ve spent a whole day to drive away in your new car. The process always ruins my excitement, and I feel exhausted & beat when I’m finally handed the car key. Here, I dealt with the owner directly, mostly via texts (perfect for my crazy schedule), and his passion for quality, high-end cars, attention to detail, prompt replies, honest family-style service, as well as friendly, knowledgeable, detailed, and passionate-for-perfection support staff, made me so comfortable & confident in every way. I actually purchased the car over the phone & drove 3 hours to pick it up! A definite first for me! From financing to a speedy delivery and an awesome deal, Auto By Design is where you need to be! Hands down, the best dealership experience ever! If you want to be miserable and feel ripped off, go somewhere else. THEY ARE THIEVES! ! I’m a disabled veteran and gave them a $1000 deposit weeks ago, but after failing to secure me financing despite my 795 credit score, all they’ve do ! When I called to complain Jack told me “good luck getting your $1000” and hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THESE CLOWNS YOUR MONEY OR PATRONAGE, they will rip you off! More

Terrible experience. I bought a $92,000 Porsche. They add $899 to the price of the car and tax you on it. Tell you delivery to your house is free then add $250 for covere I bought a $92,000 Porsche. Then the driver tells you the truck is to big to go into neighborhoods and you have to go to a different location for delivery. The car was advertised showroom quality that underwent an intensive overhaul. But arrived with a chip in the windshield and multiple chips in the paint, two holes in the back seat leather and so many scratches dents and other damage that the four upholstery shops I called said I’d have to re upholster the whole interior. When I called to talk to a manager he refused to answer or return my calls. The car also comes with a “dummy” fob and they took it out of the ignition a lot and never put it back in the car. So now I have to buy a new one. If you like damaged cars and con men buy at this dealership. More
