I purchased a vehicle from Kenny; first my deposit took forever to be refunded, then as he did my contract he stated that tags were included and said ‘ would u like them shipped to this address on your lic forever to be refunded, then as he did my contract he stated that tags were included and said ‘ would u like them shipped to this address on your license’ only to find out he never checked the box.
