My son is 22, stationed in NY. He was in Jacksonville for his sister's funeral. They offered him 11%, so he said he would call Navy Federal who offered him 5.39%. When it came time to make his first payment he went online to create his account profile the back didn't know who he was. He tried calling but no one called him back. Since he was in NY I went to the dealership where I was told "the bank made a mistake" and that he would have to sign the paperwork again and that she would send it next day air. Apparently this woman just up and quit her job. The paperwork didn't get to him for over two weeks. Apparently they NEVER SENT IN THE PAPERWORK TO BEGIN WITH. By the time the bank finally got the paperwork they would no longer offer 5.09% because after all the checks on his credit he didn't have the same good credit. Now they want 19%!! I told them to buy down the rate, but they only bought down to 17%. Violetta had the audacity to tell me his payments are even $5 less per month now...but failed to say that he had to get rid of the warranty that he financed and that the contract is a lot longer than my son had anticipated. I even called the owner of the company at his personal number. THEY'RE LYING THIEVES! More

We have been waiting 6 weeks for them to put our truck title into an envelope and mail it from Florida to SC. We are on our second temporary tag and about to expire. This is not a new title, mind you.....it's the title they HAVE IN THEIR POSESSION that we need to get a title in our state and register our truck. They don't return calls, the GM (Mr. Fesenko) "doesn't have an extension" according to his employees. I have never seen a more poorly run business in my life. Our next step will have to be to turn them in to the state for failure to process the legal documentation in a timely manner. More

Truthfully my relationship with this dealership had a rocky start, but then I was assigned to salesperson Andee, wooo hooo! She busted her butt to do everything she could to make sure things happen! I contacted them yesterday regarding a 2014 Camaro. My husband drove from Savannah to Jacksonville to check the car out, as well as the back up car I wanted just in case, which was a 2010 Camaro SS. I screen shot both vehicles and their prices. The 2014 was purchased moments before my husband arrived, we liked the 2010, although it was a REBUILT TITLE, which is not mentioned in the listing. It was priced at $11k (I had the screenshot to prove it) and when they went to write up our contract, they CHANGED THE PRICE to $16,500 base price!They even changed it online after his test drive. Such extremely bad business practices. The salesman even saw the $11k price prior to my husband test driving the vehicle commented on what a great deal it was. A colossal waste of time and gas money to go get jerked around by sleazy tactics. STAY AWAY! More
