I had a problem with service and Tyler took care of me Quick I needed to cancel my Service contract warranty because I had my own through a Mercedes service center and somehow it didn't cancel. Be prepared to sit for MANY hours - poorly managed It took us TWO DAYS to finally close a deal - we drove nearly 2 hours to be told at 8:00PM (after sitting there for 6 hours) that we would have to ret It took us TWO DAYS to finally close a deal - we drove nearly 2 hours to be told at 8:00PM (after sitting there for 6 hours) that we would have to return the next day. These guys DO NOT have their financing in order. We were giving a test on our phone that told us we were in "line." We continuously updated and waited...and waited...this "dealer" is a joke. Seems like they use touch up paint in the lot to recondition the cars. Read the carfaxes from ALL cars listed - you will see what I'm talking about. They are junk dealers and it shows! Don't waste your weekend there. I'd give NO STARS if I could. More
