SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS (3X)! I bought a truck, Ford F250 on October 26th 2024. The truck was a total mess and smelly inside not even basic detailing. When I arrived at dealership: SURPRISE: Tyler told me that they will charge me another $1000 for a supposedly clear coat that they applied after they bought it from Action. This extra charge is applied to every car sale in Ohio. In Texas Auto Boutique is required to put this information in advertising add, so customers will not be deceived. I do not see or received any clearcoat warranty, who did this unwanted job? That is another usual trick done by Auto Boutique…. nothing new! In Texas they charge $2,000 for Low Jack device they claim they put on your car. When you call the Low Jack, they will tell you never heard of Auto Boutique Plan Sales manager, Tyler W. was the guy that promised that will be no scam me if I buy extra Warranty protection for $3,495. SURPRISE: After I left the Auto Boutique in Columbus, few hours of driving into night the interior lights weren’t working. I haven’t noticed this at the dealer during daytime. When I took my car into the Ford dealer in Texas, a week after I purchased to fix the interior lights console, Ford dealer called the plan: Smart AutoCare Gold. Ford dealer recommended me not to buy sketchy warranty protections. Tyler said, he forgot to turn ON the protection. I requested right-away after 3 weeks, to cancel the inactive “Gold Plan Scheme”. He even assured me that he will refund me if I cancel within 30 days, which proved to be another shameless LIE. It has been already 3 days since I asked him to send me the cancelation form but he continues ignore my calls and text messages. Ford dealer requires me to pay total of $1200 ($780 for upper light console plus 3 hours labor) which I have to pay from my own pocket.. Tyler plays angry bird now, buys time refusing to send me the cancelation paper because, I called him on his day OFF which was a regular weekday. WARNING for out-of-state buyers! Last scam was when I paid the $3,000 taxes at the dealer, Tyler told me that I will receive the title of ownership for Texas. I had no need to have Ohio title since, I live in Texas. SURPRISE: I received an Ohio State title. It must be changed into Texas for a charge at local Tax County. Today, November 22nd , four days since I asked Tyler to send me the cancelation paper to sign it, I still didn’t receive it……………….! I WILL BE BACK WITH MORE UPDATES! More
