My son wanted a car and I only wanted to spend so much. I found a car at Auto Boutique which fit my price, and he was happy with it. I called and confirmed it was available. They read off the make, mode I found a car at Auto Boutique which fit my price, and he was happy with it. I called and confirmed it was available. They read off the make, model, mileage, color and price. Made an appointment for 4 hours later than my call. Inquired if I could purchase it now, and take it home at my appointment. I asked to confirm the price, and then they changed their tune, said the price was wrong, told me it was now a whole lot more than what it was listed for, and what they previously told me. Also told me they had tons of interest in the car. They put me on with a manager, and he even did the sorry, we gave you and advertised the wrong price online for 3 days. Technical glitch won’t let us change the price. Then why did you give me that price on the first point. Even then hung up on me when I said that was bait and switch and false advertising. Don’t look at a car here unless you want taken advantage of. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio State attorney general. More

My daughter fell in love with what was going to be her 1st car. After looking at the car in person and making sure her wheelchair fit, I immediately asked the sales person about the warranty. They we would get the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. A credit pull and a bunch of wasted time later getting ready to sign the papers, the finance lady informed me the warranty doesn't transfer. Sales manager was called over who insisted that there was a portion that would transfer of the bumper to bumper and remaining powertrain. He called the manufacturer to confirm the amount, luckily he was honest when he came back to tell us it didn't after all. I would have left immediately had the sales person know the correct answer instead or just saying what sounded good. Now I have a bummed kid, lower credit score an another reason to never buy a used car. More
I called 30minutes prior to visiting to see if a car was still available and they had it waiting for me when I got there. The sale started off good with Jordan showing us options. After that everything was downhill.Finance department was trying high pressure on getting me to buy a warranty.You could even hear his boss as we sat After that everything was downhill.Finance department was trying high pressure on getting me to buy a warranty.You could even hear his boss as we sat in his cubicle talking crap about how I don’t know people well enough & that i should get it.Car was bought on Friday,& was suppose to pick it up on Monday,with them putting 2 new tires on it(only because I complained).All 4 tires were junk,but they claim they are fine.Car vibrates like hell & hums going down the highway,but hey they supposedly know what they are talking about.Now I have to buy 2 cheap tires to match the cheap crap they put on the rear of the car.Jordan dropped the ball about letting the service department know about doing tires.Which made me unable to get the car until Tuesday evening,with the car sitting on empty with gas.This was my second purchase from there within 2 years,& this whole experience made it my last one.
