Bought the car about 2 weeks ago. Jordan is an excellent salesman, I thoroughly enjoyed working with him, very friendly and professional. I found some things after I got the car home Jordan is an excellent salesman, I thoroughly enjoyed working with him, very friendly and professional. I found some things after I got the car home like the gas tank was empty, alot of the fluids under the hood were empty, very low air in 2 of the tires, the drivers side front floor mat is missing. I thought before the car was put on the lot to be sold that the oil would be changed with fluids topped off, tires filled, rotated and balanced, the car would be thoroughly cleaned inside. Now on my day off I will be sitting at the dealership for an hour or so for the car to be detailed, I scheduled and oil changed for next week, got to schedule for the tires to be done and find out about a floor mat. I didn’t think I would be paying to have these done so soon after buying a car, I have never had to do that with a used car in the past. More

I was bait and switched at this dealership a few weeks ago. I drover from Indiana to see a car. I called ahead to make sure the car was there and asked if I could put a hold on it because I was driving so ago. I drover from Indiana to see a car. They told me they don’t do holds but no one else was scheduled to look at the car so I would be fine. I got to the dealership, sit there for 10 minutes and a kid walks out and says the car sold just 15 minutes before I walked in. Then he try’s to sell me on a car for the same model and price as the other but 4 years older. I asked if he was delusional and demanded to speak with a manager. I waited in there for almost an hour and no manager came to talk to me. Don’t waist your time here. More
