Jordan & his team made purchasing my new Toyota Camry an easy smooth process! They listened to my wants and needs then directed me to a reliable, dependable, nice priced car! Jordan even brought out the big red bow for my purchase!! The only thing I would’ve like to see is a little more focus on the customer interaction. By this I mean: when I came back from test driving the first suggested car, Jordan was swamped with 2 other customers which left me waiting. Secondly: when they brought the car around to me after I purchased it, it would’ve been nice of them to fill Up the gas tank as my previous car dealership did. Once I left, the first thing I had to do was leave and go fill it up myself. Lastly, it seems as if the cars are not professionally detailed, which also kinda sucked that I had to spend my afternoon cleaning my new ride as it was pretty dirty/dusty. These are things you just don’t want to do after making such a big purchase. Overall, great & easy process, they certainly have the best prices and low miles. Just needs to bring back customer service/customer experience focus! More
