Jose Coronel Jr. was my salesperson and he was genuinely helpful, accommodating, and made it a pleasure, he helped me with several test drives and orchestrating my visit, no pressure, and was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. Pavel Portnoy was a pleasure to interact with in financing. Again, no pressure, here is what we offer and is straight forward and doesn't push anything on you. Just do a little homework online before you go to see what you are really interested in, they have been a pleasure to work with, and this is the second vehicle purchased from them in the last several years. Called to make an appointment for a test drive. Informed them that I was 1.5 hours away and had them verify the car was available and ready for test drive. They sold the car while I was traveling to the dealership and did not even have the kindness to call me to inform me what was going on. What a total waste of time!!! More

My son wanted a car and I only wanted to spend so much. I found a car at Auto Boutique which fit my price, and he was happy with it. I called and confirmed it was available. They read off the make, model, mileage, color and price. Made an appointment for 4 hours later than my call. Inquired if I could purchase it now, and take it home at my appointment. I asked to confirm the price, and then they changed their tune, said the price was wrong, told me it was now a whole lot more than what it was listed for, and what they previously told me. Also told me they had tons of interest in the car. They put me on with a manager, and he even did the sorry, we gave you and advertised the wrong price online for 3 days. Technical glitch won’t let us change the price. Then why did you give me that price on the first point. Even then hung up on me when I said that was bait and switch and false advertising. Don’t look at a car here unless you want taken advantage of. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio State attorney general. More

My daughter fell in love with what was going to be her 1st car. After looking at the car in person and making sure her wheelchair fit, I immediately asked the sales person about the warranty. They we would get the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. A credit pull and a bunch of wasted time later getting ready to sign the papers, the finance lady informed me the warranty doesn't transfer. Sales manager was called over who insisted that there was a portion that would transfer of the bumper to bumper and remaining powertrain. He called the manufacturer to confirm the amount, luckily he was honest when he came back to tell us it didn't after all. I would have left immediately had the sales person know the correct answer instead or just saying what sounded good. Now I have a bummed kid, lower credit score an another reason to never buy a used car. More
