I went online to Autexcars.com looking for a smaller more fuel efficient vehicle to replace my old beat up pick up. I saw a few thing that looked nice. When I called I got Gretchen Jackson on the phone who was very helpful in answering all my questions. When I arrived Gretchen was busy so one of the other salesmen brought the car up for me to look at. I drove a used car and Gretchen told me about the new Mazda 3 that I could get at 0% financing for 60 months. We took the Mazda 3 for a test drive and I absolutly loved it. Gretchen As well as the entire staff at Autex were great to work with and I must say I love my New Mazda 3!!! More
In Feb brought my 05 Mazda6 in chk eng light was on. After a couple hrs I got a call saying car was done- I needed a (PCM) I was told I might be able to get a used one for $200- new $600. Months went by I had not heard back, I called Larry- he didn't rememeber that pricing conversation. Also had been pulled over at least 5 times- lights to dim or not working- local police, state police and out of state police. I was told nothing was wrong with my lights. I asked if PCM was covered under warranty- NO Absolutely not. Price of almost $800.was given parts & labor- coworker overheard me and said O2 sensors were part of emissions and covered under Federal regulations 8yrs/80k- I asked Larry again, again adamant it was NOT covered. I called another dealer for 2nd opinion. NorthEnd Mazda told me YES it was covered. My car had Cali. Emissions listed as an accessory for some reason?? Anyway PCM was replaced 6/27/10 $0.00 Covered under warranty 100%. oh and by the way- chk eng light still didn't go out- Turns out "someone" checked a fuse, placed fuse back in wrong slot. Once fuse was corrected chk eng light went out. As for the lights too dim or not working NorthEnd replaced 5 /FIVE BULBS/ !! Told nothing was wrong with lights?? Autex service Unreal?@?@?? More
By far, the most RUDE people I have ever dealt with in my life, this is why I rated it so poorly. I spoke to both the manager and some other sales associate and neither would give me any information about t life, this is why I rated it so poorly. I spoke to both the manager and some other sales associate and neither would give me any information about the car, even when I was coming from 2 hours away! I asked the sales associate on the phone if she could tell me about the car, and if she couldn't, put me through to someone who could and she replied, "I cannot tell you anything about the car and if you speak to anyone else in the shop about the car, you are no longer my customer and will no longer talk to you about the car." These people are solely commission based and do not care about helping you, they only care about helping themselves. And get this, I asked if they do simple safety checks so I feel good about driving away in it and she said, "No, you can go pay $25 and get it done at Mitas next door..." I thought all places get mixed reviews so I gave this place a shot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. More
The Business Manager there treated me with the worst customer service I've ever had. They were not willing to negotiate the price or add a warranty (it was an $8000 car!), and made me feel like my busin customer service I've ever had. They wouldn't even guarantee an inspection or twenty day plates!! (It had a sticker from their service department from two weeks prior!) I was told any major issues that their service area missed would not be fixed at their expense. It was my responsibility. I've heard they sell 'lemons' at that dealership. No surprise here. Luckily, I found Team Nissan in Manchester, well worth the trip. Ask for Rob Miller, I'll go back to him every time I buy a new car. I've talked with friends, neighbors and family, each one with their own bad experience from them. Take my advice, DONT buy a car from Autex Mazda in Keene. More
