I was NOT SATISFIED with they way I was handled! I had to make several calls to them to ask how my application was going. There was NO talking to them about the price of the car & was told "oh sorry we could make several calls to them to ask how my application was going. Within a week, Donald found a Miata, which meet our expectations, and budget. He was great to deal with, and the service department throughly inspected the vehicle, detailed it nicely, and we were on our way to summer fun! More

This the 2nd car I have gotten from Gretchen. She goes above and beyond to get you into the car you want (or didn't even know you wanted. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it took me in above and beyond to get you into the car you want (or didn't even know you wanted.
