This is the 4th car that i have bought from Autex mazda. I have dealt with charlie everytime. I found him to be very friendly and personable i even sent my mother inlaw to him and she also bought a mazda3 f I have dealt with charlie everytime. It needed some work in order to be inspected, which they covered under the price we agreed upon; when it wasn't done by the time I needed to have my vehicle (due to parts not arriving, no fault on their part!) they were more than happy to provide me with a loaner vehicle until the work was done and I was able to pick it up (which was almost a week later!). Gretchen was willing to go other dealers to locate just the car I was looking for, everything worked out fine even though it was a 2 hour drive to get there from where I live.
