I spoke with Richard Roy and he was very nice I explained our situation and Richard told me to fill out an application online, filled out the application and that same day Richard called me back and told me what I needed to bring with us to complete our loan process then set up an appointment to test drive a minivan. Autex auto helped us get a loan to get into a car even with our credit. They are great at Autex auto when no one else would give us a loan they did!!! I will surely be referring all my friends to Autex auto when they are looking for a car and I will definantely go back there when I need another car. This is the Best dealership. Realistic about goals and great initiative in seeking out used parts where appropriate. prompt and friendly calls and reassuring. bill was about half of what i had braced to pay. He also took me on a tour of the facility where I got to meet several of the service and parts associates. Tim the finance manager gave me plenty of financing options and took the time to explain them all, helping me decide on a perfect lease that actually works for a higher mileage driver like myself.
